I have to say in the beginning they cared more about quality and customer loyalty more than anything. Now they have people working the front trying to up sell tint to you lol! They also have people who have no business installing tint....the quality of work has gone down! Joseph went over all of the options, upgrades, and differences very clearly...wasn't trying to hustle or push me into anything, which is always nice during a sales pitch. Result, I upgraded and everything looks amazing. Pros: -Professional staff -Accurate wait times (1 hour to 1&1/2 hour)- Make an appointment -Lots of options and physical examples -Great final product -Comfortable/Clean waiting room Neutral: -Price (with Groupon discount), ended up paying $325 for my 5 window SUV, upgrading to the higher heat protection/better quality film - you get what you pay for though, so I'm not mad about it. Last week I had all the windows on a Mercedes C300 re-tinted due to bubbling on back window and fading (the 'purple haze' - which might be good all through your brain, just not so good for your window tint). Timing is everything to me. I like to know when something starts and when something ends so I can schedule out my day. Executive tint didn't meet those expectations. I have come here twice and both times was not given correct time frames. First time I was told 5 windows would take 1 to 1.5hrs and it took 3hrs and 15 minutes. This time (9-14-13 @10:30am) I was told to do two windows it would take 30-45 minutes. They pulled my car in right away so I was happy about that. My car didn't come back until 11:52 making me late for an appointment I had scheduled at 12 assuming I would be out at the latest at 11:20 (50minutes) I like the products they use. Their prices are average. They are friendly people but I would prefer to be told 2hrs and have it take 1.75hrs. Will come back..... Maybe... Only if they have a special deal and I have someone pick me up so I don't have to wait there. Both times I had tint put on the windows the installation was not perfect but at least good enough. They have slight bubbles in various spots that most would not see. These bubbles do bother me but I will not waste an hour or more fixing two or three small 1/8" bubbles. read more

When I lived in Texas, this was my go-to tinting place. I've had all of my cars tinted here. I feel compelled to write them a stellar review after a hellacious tinting experience I just had (where I currently live) in Virginia. I posted a review about it... Executive tint is AWESOME. My window tint always looked superb. There were never any bubbles and it looked factory installed. They also left my car in clean conditions after they finished. I found out about this place after seeing a Groupon for window tinting and there was a special on top of the already low price. I called and made my appointment for Saturday and they were able to make it next day for the time I needed. I was surprised on how busy they were when I got there, the staff was friendly and Joseph did a great job in explaining and demonstrating the tint options so I upgraded for another $30 which I think is a great deal. I had to wait for 1.5 hours but there is a comfortable waiting area so I didn't mind the wait time as much. I noticed this place gets super busy so make sure you make an appointment; as early in the morning as possible seems the best time frame. When my car was ready they thoroughly explained not to roll down the windows and how to care / clean the windows. Overall, my brand new car looks great and the Titanium film upgrade did make a big difference in keeping out the heat (50% reduction), black car with black interior and YES I can tell the difference! I didn't take a pic afterwards cause I did have to go wash my car; the mess left on my car will be the only "complaint" I have, it would have been nice if they wiped it down but not going to make a fuss about that. What it cost compared to the place I used last time was about $140 savings. I am glad I went to Executive Motorsports, I am taking my other vehicle there to get windows tinted as well and will definitely recommend this place. read more

So I had an appointment with another place to get my tint done for my passenger side front window and when I got there they were like sorry but you are going to have to wait an extra hr before my car could get look at. I left that place immediately and started my search for a new place to go to. I came across this shop that had a 4.8 rating out of 5 and was close by. I called them to make a same day appointment and when I got there, they were ready to take my car in. The guy at the front was very kind and knowledgeable about tint and helped me pick out the right tint to match my other side. I was in and out within a hr and the tint looks amazing!!!!. Ok just an FYI. The $ 75 tint job they proudly advertise DOES NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY. You have to pay for the higher price tint to get the warranty. Kinda ironic they don't add that disclaimer to their ad. On a good note, I take all my cars there to tint and pay around 150 and up w/ lifetime warranty. They do great work on tint. ps. If your looking for audio installation I would not take it here. Seems like they only do good work on tint rather than audio. This is my person experience with this company for many years. Staff is super friendly and they DO try to work deals on tint. I would rather go to this Gessner location rather than hillcroft location because hillcroft location are dishonest. read more

I needed tinting badly on my car (Houston's Sun is just unforgiving!) and went here because it's right around the corner from my place. I was going in thinking I was going to pay $75 for tinting but ended up paying more,. I ended up getting one of their darkest legal tint available on all my windows with the tinting strip for the front windshield all with the UV protection. If I had done this at the dealer, it would have costed me $300+ and I spent significantly less than that here. I am very pleased with my tinting job. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and am not having any trouble. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon (around 2pm) and they finished an hour later! I would also like to add that the reviewer that says they paid $189 for the CHEAPEST tint at wholesale price must be reviewing the wrong place because I paid around this much for what I consider to be ALMOST the best tint. Then again, that review was a year ago, so maybe they've lowered their prices due to the crashing economy. Either way, I was very pleased with how friendly they were to me. I was literally in and out! Great price, quality work, and fast... you couldn't really ask for more! I give them 4 stars only because I was expecting to pay $75 but ended up spending more lol read more

I bought a groupon for window tinting at the Gessner location. It stated the type of film but no other details (such as heat rejection) When I arrived I was told it was just a step above a basic tint. I had to pay $100 extra to get a middle of the road quality tint. The best one would have been $250 extra. Service was good and the tint was done in a timely manner. It's looking good and hopefully the few bubbles will go away. read more
