Was irate when my vehicle was parked nose inward, normal parking, and when there were other vehicles parked next to and around my vehicle. His anger escalated when we had to push the vehicle out of the parking spot into the lane in order to get vehicle clear to pull onto flatbed, which we could only get it out in one direction, and I informed him he would need to bring his truck around and pull it onto the flatbed rear first because I wanted the vehicle dropped in the driveway nose first... his anger peeked! He began ordering me around like his assistant to do this so that and climb up on the bed and turn the wheels, and climb up again and straighten the wheels out... etc. When he arrived at my residence he was irate again, he told me it was Further than I told him, I stayed I gave him the address and he quoted me his flat rate. Then he said he would have to charge me by the mile because it was out of his geographical area. I told him I gave him the address from pickup to drop off and he quoted me the flat rate. Then he asked for payment, I gave him my bank card, he curtly barked "I want cash", I told him he should have said when we spoke, his ad stated he accepted all cards. I told him I didn't have the cash on me, I offered him the card again, he said he wanted cash! I said this is all I have, he grabbed it and charged me 10% more for using the card. So be it. He sped away without stoat the corner stop sign. Also, in all his anger he drove off and left his lift bar sticking out about 6 feet. I'll NEVER USE or REFER this JERK at "BEST RATE TOWING" to anyone.

I specifically asked if I turn the car off after 20 minutes and try to turn it on again and drive it, if it would turn on without problems and he said yes you'll be fine, it probably went out because the door was left open. The new current manager handled the matter professionaly and satisfactorily; so much so that I would consider using them in the future if needed. I've given them 3 stars (instead of 1) for trying on their part to better their business operations. As for CADA, I would recommend anyone who's had their car towed by CADA to file a claim with their office ASAP regardless of why your car was towed because this will offer you greater legal protection should you need it in your future tow case (even if our filed claim is rejected after CADA's review). Don't let anyone in CADA talk you out of filing as they will say anything to prevent a torte claim; just ask for the claim form and leave.
