Look folks, here is the deal. I have not used executive travel for personal trips YET, but I know already, when I plan my trips, it will be with this company. I have worked with them twice, I was sent, at the last minute ( a days notice ) on 2 separate occasions, by my company to cover for field service engineers that were unavailable, soooo they sent me. My first trip was to plano texas AND I missed the flight from LAX to dallas on a MONDAY!! I panicked, my company panicked BUT arik did not panic! once he talked me down from the ledge, calm and cool as could be, ( I am in the longest line EVER at American airlines ) he got me a flight just as the AA agent was getting me a flight. I felt as if I was his only client, he GIVES you that feeling. and that my friends is worth more than money. when I am in a jam and when things go wrong as they sometimes do, I know Arik and Executive Travel are out there, and I know I will be alright. I dreamed of traveling to France, then Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago (the French Way) for over 6 years. When I finally decided that this year was the best time to go, I was about three weeks away from the target date. I called Arik and he immediately started to work on our plans. Executive travel is our business and family travel agent. We would not trust our livelihood or our family with anyone else. People ask me why a travel agent when you have the internet. My answer is it is cheaper plus the internet cannot know to book me on a different flight when my flight is delayed or canceled - invaluable! . Over the past 5 years I have booked my own travel because of the "supposed" great tools (Kayak, Priceline, etc). Yes, it is easy to get from LAX to DFW all by myself but I recently flew international and freaked out at the prices and the trouble of coordinating flights with people I was meeting there. I had the good fortune of being introduced to Arik through I company that I worked with for a brief time. He was the best thing that I got out of that company, but I digress. Arik and team are the absolute best. I am so lucky to have bumped into them while trying to put together a family vacation to NYC and DC from Sacramento. Arik made booking the airfare, hotel and attractions the easiest thing ever. My wife had some unexpected health challenges at the last minute which resulted in my taking the two children to NYC without mom, and Arik and team redid her flights and reservations to join us in DC after the children and I were in NYC. Seamless. We ended up having to change airlines for my wife but upon return Arik was able to sell our Jet-blue vouchers from the cancelled SMF to NYC flight to another in need. Super fun day fishing yesterday with in Cabo. Fished in a small panga boat with a great Captain Jesus. Captain Jesus 34 years fishing experience in Cabo. He worked hard to find fish. The fleet had a pretty slow day but we still managed two Yellowfin and two Bonita. Juan Carlos took care of everything in the morning and met us when we got off the boat to make sure we had a great time. Huge shoutout to Arik Anderson of Executive Travel for getting us set up with Sushi Time charters. Anyone coming to Cabo needs to get in touch with Arik. He'll set you up on the best boats around for a great price. Just have to say....if you have any hotels, airfare, vacations, sports trips, whatever.....you need to contact Arik Anderson at Executive Travel. I booked hotel rooms through him for Jaxton's team for the Mustang Stampede this weekend...a couple weeks ago we found out we only need 1 night instead of the 2 that were originally booked (we ended up not having a Friday game after we were told that we would). Marriott wasn't allowing our reservation to be changed and wanted to still charge for Friday night even though we only need Saturday, and no there was no 2 night minimum. Arik fought with the hotel and went all the way up the chain and finally got our reservations situated 2 days before we check in. Arik is hands down the best travel agent. I have use Arik for booking travels to Aulani Disney in Hawaii, 2 trips to Mexico, A large group on a cruise to Mexico and 2 bachelorette parties. Arik always goes above and beyond. While on a trip in Mexico, I had a bad accident goofing around at the beach which resulted in a bad ORIF fracture to my distal tibia which is the shin bone. Arik immediately reached out to the resort made sure I had the necessary medical attention and wheelchair accommodations. He even changed my snorkeling excursion and had an outdoor wheelchair rented for me with an assistant so I could still visit the islands with friends. I never write reviews, but honestly Arik & his team far surpassed my expectations I just had to. We planned my 40th birthday to Cabo through Arik. Not only did he take care of every single detail: hotel bookings, transportation, dinner reservations, flights, etc...but we flew into a literal hurricane where flights were getting cancelled left and right. Not only did he organize, rebook and ensure we all made it, but stayed in contact the whole entire time. Arik planned a trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was my first time out of the USA. He made everything very simple. The airfare, hotel, meet/greet with transportation to/from the hotel and some excursions were all recommended by Arik and booked in advance. The itinerary was very informative and had great information about many things to be aware of and some great tips while traveling. They have a local office there which was great because we hired Enrique to take us to/from the clubs which made us feel much safer about leaving the resort. I also could be in contact with Arik on WhatsApp while we were there. If he was not checking in on us, I could ask a question. He made himself available. I'm not much of a review kinda guy. But our experience with Executive Travel was so outstanding I had to post something. We loved every minute of using Arik and his team. This is the third time we've used them, once down in San Diego, last year in Sands Cruz and this year for a stay in Pismo. Every time we got prompt email confirmations when we ordered, they also texted the day of our check in to make sure everything went well when we were checking in. We even added a last minute extra day in Monterey and they got us a great room within days of our trip. They even placed the order for our massages for our stay in Pismo. Arik Anderson and Executive Travel deserve tons of praise for arranging our 17 day tour of the Hawaiian Islands. The arrangements he made for our stays and tours on the Big Island, Maui, Kauai, and Oahu were phenomenal. The flights were also well arranged. We felt extremely well taken care of. We were feeling very antsy to get out of town with all the COVID restrictions. I called Arik at Executive Travel and he arranged a spectacular quick getaway to Los Cabos. The resort he chose was 5 stars. We were able to take advantage of a buy 1 get 1 free promotion so we have another 4 free nights. What a deal. When we arrived in Cabo, we were greeted by their local office with cold water and beers. It was a nice gesture especially since it was hot.
