I had a $500 gift card and I visited this establishment as a walk-in customer, curious to see if they would even handle a small visor tint job. To my surprise, I was met with exceptional service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind, and they didn't treat me differently because I had a gift card or needed a small service. They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn't expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn't be back in deep Mesa again as I'm from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! I was met with the most enthusiastic, welcoming, coolest glasses I've ever laid eyes on -wearing Guy named Scotty karate! I told him about my small amount left over on my gift card and with NO hesitation he started pulling things in that dollar amount! He didn't try to upsell me on anything or once again treat me any differently because I had a smaller dollar amount! He hooked me up with some really cool swag and educated me on some new bands that are in collaboration with Slangin and that overall is a 10-star 100 out of 100 experience! Came in today to look at potentially upgrading my car speakers. The gentleman who helped me did a great job and was very knowledgeable. After shopping around and talking numbers we finally came to an amount I was comfortable paying. I went one last time to check on the speakers and when I came back apparently the manager had "forgot" to add a "Euro Tax" onto my bill. A $250 tax they add on any European Cars such as "Mercedes, BMW, Audi...." Oh and apparently my car a Lexus because they are "more expensive and need extra care". The moment I heard them trying to add $250 for a car made in Japan calling it a "Euro Tax" I decided I wouldn't be doing buisness with them anymore. That's just not right. Regardless you should be handling every car with extra care. I could understand if they took off the $135 install amount and upgraded it to a $250 install but to add $250 on top of the $135 is ridiculous. That was a money grab. I was sold on the system and would have paid the amount. The salesman did a great job explaining everything. The manager just got greedy. "Euro Tax" on a Toyota. Come on man. read more

Had to replace my head unit in my car because it wouldn't turn off unless you manually turn it off. So instead of having it diagnosed and a replacement Part, I decided to replace it all instead. Went to the showroom to browse to see what options I had. I was given the walk through with features etc from one brand to another. Decided to get the Sony XAV-AX4000. Went to have it installed at their installation shop, I know it would take a while so I was ready for that. My concern and request were followed as best as possible. Dropped my car off at 10:00 for a dash cam install. They didn't start on it until 1:00. After two hours the install guy informed me that the camera I brought in was dead and wouldn't fire up. He took me into the back to show me and a I was dismayed to see how many panels he had to pull off the car for the install. I am sure it was necessary but never expected the sight that awaited me, as my car looked like it had been in a major accident. I was bummed and he said it happens more often than you would expect for a camera to be DOA. This leads me to wonder why they don't test it before taking a car apart to ensure it works. I still had to pay the install fee even though they couldn't complete the project, which I understand but at several hundred dollars I was bummed to say the least. The tech was nice though, and put the car back together and nothing rattled afterwords which was a relief because as you take panels off the car it's easy to accidentally break the snaps. Inside they have a nice large waiting area with couches and a tv playing movies. I'd use them again but definitely make sure the camera worked first before having the disassembled. Do not trust these guys to do an install! I have had problems since they installed some door speakers. When I got my truck back for the first time, the installer left tools in my truck and it was dirty. One speaker was buzzing, so I took it back and dropped it off for 6 hours to get fixed. They told me the installer left a socket in the door panel and they removed it, but that was a lie. I got my truck back a second time and the buzzing continued, so I had to call a manager and explain the situation. He told me my installer was a high school kid that didn't really know what he was doing and they would get a more experienced tech to take a look. I brought back my truck a third time, and when I came to pick it up, the manager I spoke to had left early and didn't even call me and nobody touched my truck. So now I have to bring it back a 4th time and hope they finally do their jobs. read more

Took my Rockford Fosgate system, that is installed in my fairing in to figure way it kept shutting down. The young man that helped me was great. He helped me carry in the whole fairing & get it powered. I had thought it was a loose connection, but after playing with it for a few minutes, he said I can almost guarantee it is your on/off switch. He said you can leave it and we will have it checked out, but that could become expensive, or you can pick up a switch at an automotive store and try that first. So with some doubt it was the switch. I reluctantly bought the switch and replaced it. However it seems to be doing the same thing except it wouldn't turn off unexpectedly, only if something was touched. I removed the switch and tested it. The new switch was bad. I returned it to the store I had boughten it from replaced it and the system has worked perfectly since. read more

I needed purchase a stereo for my old truck. Something with big buttons for an old man like me. Nothing fancy, but definitely one that can drive my two 10" subwoofers (If it is too loud, you're too old) and good sound quality. Walked in and was immediately helped by one of the staff. Friendly greeting, which was nice. I told him what I was looking for and he walked over and picked up a Kenwood. "This one is $140, but if you give me a five star review on Google right now, I'll give it to you for $100!" I looked at him and said, "Why don't you just sell it for $100?"... Silence... Needless to say, integrity was now in question. He started to show me a different stereo and I said "Thanks, but we will look elsewhere". Which we did. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I went to this place because of the solid reviews and it was close to me. Please read my review carefully before you decide to do business with these guys. My stance will change if they own this situation. I tried to give you guys a call since your employee I just talked to said you were supposed to be open until 7 (I'm writing this at 6:45). From the moment I got my equipment through the install, it's been the worst experience I've ever encountered and I've been superrrrr chill about it. The lady I bought my equipment from was rude as hell like I was bothering her asking her questions about your products, your install date was almost 2 weeks out, I took my truck in at 10 am today and heard nothing almost all day - at drop off they said someone would call me when it's done, so I went up there at 5 o'clock PM to ask if I'd get an update so I could go to the shooting range & make it there by 6 pm or if I needed to come back for my truck or not later since nobody told me the hours or anything. The guy tells me "oh your cars done" but it was blocked by another car they were working on. The guy who gave me my car was the nicest person I dealt with (I think his name was Greg) and he told me you guys had a new install guy that you were supposed to be overseeing. There was a blown speaker left in my passenger seat, my weather tech mat was missing - they went back in to find it and put it in, the manager couldn't find my key to back my car out, and to top it all off after I left the gun range and decided to play some music it sounds like my subwoofer is blown!!!!!! I purchased a warranty through you guys purely because your sales lady sounded and felt sketch even though I didn't want to, but I needed my speaker replaced regardless. I asked her if I could have my own network install the products I bought because the install was so far out and she said yeah, but I can't get a refund for the overpriced install ($300+) and it could only be store credit. By the way, while I was waiting for my car, another customer who had a Honda complained about the same thing I'm writing you about - he said his speaker was blown and he bought it last week. I tried to call & have this fixed and I need to hear from someone ASAP & plan to return at opening tomorrow. I'd love for someone to fix this for me and I'm not making a threat but I'll say that aside from asking my social media network (I posted a comment on your Instagram & you can see my network) for assistance, I'm also a VP of a bank (I gave one of your guys my card) and I will not stop pursuing a plethora of horrible reviews over all social media & ask my friends at the radio station here in Arizona to do the same.
