Seatech Senior Tech Wade came and diagnosed the issue which did not require replacement of the unit, found the problem(s), made adjustments and completed repairs. Good as new! Couldn't be happier that I didn't need a new unit and learned more about the boat from the experience. Will be back for additional help in the future. Thanks again !

However, this year when my boat was…read moreserviced I noticed that the post on the trailer jack was significantly bent when I picked it up. I asked about it and he said it was bent when he picked it up. Unfortunately for him, I was the last guy to transported the trailer and know it wasn't bent. Fortunately, he said he would bend it back before I left town. Well, the day before I left town he said he was too busy and couldn't get to it. So now I'm stuck. Too bad for both of us, I have to find someone else to service my boat and he lost a customer.

I'M SO DONE with this company, now I am hiring a separate company to resolve the issues. We plan on upgrading our boat in the near future, but will definitely not use Schock boats for our purchase-- nor will we recommend our friends/family to purchase from them. BAD experience
