After I called later that day once the burns started to develop the receptionist took my phone number and said she would have the owner call me to discuss what happened. Well he did call me and he was seriously the rudest person I have ever spoken to business wise. He would not let me finish not one of my sentences before interrupting me and asking "Where did you buy your sessions? Online or in our place? It's a simple question?" I wasn't even talking to him about payment, but wanted to explain what happened. Then he said "I'm busy and don't have time for this". I was in SHOCK that the conversation was going so terribly. Did I get a refund, yes, I did. But to me it wasn't even about the money. If I could do more to report his behavior I would. But for now I will just warn anyone about going here.
