Geriatric & Family Medicine refused to make the minor effort necessary to make the transfer. I think any medical person who writes a Rx should be professional and mature enough to maintain that prescription. I'm astounded Geriatric & Family Medicine would be so petty and unprofessional.

I was treated like a stranger when I had been going to this office for 20 years. Dr. Muench left and I don't blame him. Avoid this place now it is no longer the caring environment it used to be. (The doctors they have now are very nice and professional. It's the ownership that is the problem and the new front desks people they put in place. The front desk staff that took over when Exempla took over don't care at all, you are just a number.
