Warning, you better be plenty early to this office or they will reschedule you. I was in a few minutes before my appointment and was told that I would have to reschedule for another time. I can understand if I was late, but to be there on time and then have to reschedule, really. When you have to take off work and make it to the doctor and then have it be for nothing is very disappointing. Not to mention, this was not even an appointment for any health related thing. I had called to make my first appointment and meet the doctor, as I was trying to find a general practice doctor. This used to be a wonderful family practice. When Dr. Muench was there it was amazing. Brenda the receptionist was the most kind and polite woman receptionist ever. Donna a nurse or PA not sure, was/is also wonderful and caring professional. We were all on a first names basis. Unfortunately this practice was bought by Exempla Lutheran Medical Center and since then it's awful. Nobody knows what they are doing. I was treated like a stranger when I had been going to this office for 20 years. Dr. Muench left and I don't blame him. Avoid this place now it is no longer the caring environment it used to be. (The doctors they have now are very nice and professional. It's the ownership that is the problem and the new front desks people they put in place. The front desk staff that took over when Exempla took over don't care at all, you are just a number. read more

I called this dr office looking for a Dr. my daughter had seen there. He was no longer there but the woman that answered was able to convince me that another Dr. would be the perfect fit for mom. She turned out to be correct. When we arrived for the appointment, the waiting room was packed. However we were called back very soon. We sat in the room waiting for the Dr. only about 5 minutes. She took the time to learn why we were there. She asked many questions and ordered bloods. She made the follow up phone call within the time that she had promised. I can honestly say I have never seen a more professional staff all the way around! Believe me my mother had been at a Dr. office that could care less about the patients. The staff, Dr's, nurses's everyone are top knotch, quality professional in the Wellmore Family practice! read more

Dr. Straub rocks ! It's a little hard to get a appointment with her but worthwhile waiting.

I have used this practice for at least 5 years & I will never go back. They have added another group of doctors without an increase in support staff. Phone wait time can be 15 minutes or more. They have lost my test results twice & only my continuing to call has gotten them to search for the lab work. I received a call from the office manager only because I called Lutheran Hospital to complain because I thought they were owned by Lutheran. This was 3 days after she was supposed to call me about my lost test results from early December! At least complaining to Lutheran got some results. Too late!! read more

I have ALWAYS been seen on time or earlier if I arrive early to appointment time. I believe the longest I ever waited in the outer room was 8 minutes. The reception desk ladies are always smiling, always professional and friendly, and have always taken the time to answer my questions. Dr. Burke is caring, efficient, listens, gives great advise, and is always professional and kind. She takes the time to look things up and give the best advise possible. I am a fan of hers, and the entire staff there. I feel lucky to have found them when I did. read more

This office claims they are taking new patients in the listing through my insurance but they need to update/correct this. They do take new patients (eventually) for the nurse practitioners but I was told that the doctor is not taking new patients. Also, to be seen as a new patient by a nurse practitioner you must wait for an appointment WEEKS OUT. This is specifically what I was told on the phone when I tried to get an appointment for my sick child. We just moved to the area and mistakenly chose this doctor's office not realizing that they are so limited in their care. Sick child cannot wait until weeks out, to even suggest it is insensitive. Maybe they aren't used to dealing with sick people. They weren't there when we needed them. If you are new to the area - beware. read more

I absolutely love the doctors and nurses here. They are kind, considerate, and knowledgable. They do seem like they are in a rush but they will take the time and listen to you in order to help you out. The office staff is completely different. They don't seem to care what-so-ever. They seem to try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, not caring about what is actually wrong with you. When you try to make an appointment different staff members tell you different things. Most tell you what time you need to check in, 15 minutes before your actual appointment. They do tell you it is a check in time though. A few staff members tell you the check in time like it is your actual appointment time. I was told that my appointment was at 2:00 once, so I arrived at 1:45. My appointment wasn't until 2:15 and the 2:00 time I was given was the check in time. I had to wait for a half an hour to be seen because of this. Later, I was told that my "appointment" time was at 9:30. Thinking that this was the check in time like previously, I arrived at 9:30 and waited 5 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk. I was then told that I was late for my appointment and that I would have to reschedule. My doctor was nice enough to see me though. This practice could be amazing if the office staff had a better attitude. The nurses and doctors really save this practice. If it were not for them, I would go to another practice. When making an appointment, double check if they are giving you a check in time or an actual appointment time. read more

I am a nurse. But as a patient, I expect my doctor and his/her staff to uphold high standards of care. Ideally, doctors and their staff should deliver genuine care and compassion exactly how they would like to receive it. This practice does not provide such care, which is disappointing. I have been suffering from symptoms that have been affecting my quality of life from a day-to-day basis. After seeing Dr. Tutt a few times, each time it felt like she rushed me and doesn't really take the time to address my concerns. I had to make an appointment for each individual symptoms for her to address them. It's ridiculous. It seems like this practice is insurance driven and not patient-oriented. I sent messages after I had already seen her just to discuss non-urgent medical questions. Instead I get a Medical Assistant every time; either on the phone or email messaging me back the same scripted response, "The doctor is busy right now. Make an appointment to discuss your concerns." Such a lack of professionalism and communication. I do not recommend this family practice. If you are looking for a compassionate doctor who listens, calls you back personally and checks on you, this is not the place that will fulfill those preferences. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I had been in a car accident and was out of work for two weeks. I had to get a fit for duty form filled out because it was REQUIRED by my place of employment before I could return. When I called the receptionist said that they do not fill out fit for duty forms. I asked if I could speak to my doctor (whom I did really like) and she said that was not possible because she would not be back in the office for a couple of days. I asked if another doctor could fill it out being that I was not getting paid and she said I could drop it off but she will not guarantee anything. I decided to wait until my doctor was back in the office because I live 40 minutes from this doctor. I called the morning that she was back and spoke to one pleasant receptionist who said to come on in and it would be taken care of. When I got there I went to the receptionist, younger woman, and she was about to take care of me when the older receptionist interjected after telling her, im assuming significant other because she had to tell her "babe" to hold on on the phone, and said that they do not do that. I expressed to her that I was not able to return to work and this sheet literally takes thirty seconds to fill out. It is half a page long. She said no she would leave it on her desk and see if the doctor could get to it in the next 24 hours. I drove 40 minutes and this woman was not pleasant but extremely rude. It seemed as though she was on a receptionist power trip. I explained to her that I am not currently getting paid and really need to get back to work because I have a family to take care of and she said that it was 24 hours and told the other receptionist to get my phone number and then continued her personal phone conversation (while sitting at the front desk) with her husband. The complete lack of professionalism and lack of being pleasant is why my husband and I will be changing doctors. It is unfortunate, we were both seeing doctors that we very much liked here but having to deal with that awful awful receptionist who is more focused on being rude is not worth it. After all who likes going to the doctor in the first place, let alone being treated horribly with the first person you come into contact with while you are there. I scheduled an exam 45 days ago and showed up for it today. They changed computer systems and had no record of my appointment. They asked to reschedule 45 days away AGAIN. The office staff is incompetent and the doctors are not worth overlooking the office's limitations. Find a different doctor and a different office. I've never seen anything as unorganized and unapologetic. read more

I have been a patient at Wellmore for 20+ years and Dr. Sayed was my doctor. Since Dr. Sayed has retired I chose another physician at this location, but getting a timely appointment is next to impossible. I called on a Wednesday with symptoms that included a fever (among other symptoms) and couldn't get an appointment until the following Monday. They "graciously" fit me in on Monday. I have called on another occasion, only to be told "we have no openings, we are booked. You can call in the morning to see if we have any cancellations." They routinely recommend that you go to an urgent care facility. What's the point of having a primary care provider if you can never get in to see that provider? Additionally, years ago, this facility had early morning as well as later in the evening appointments and they were open half a day on Saturday. Sadly, this location is now open 8-5 Monday - Friday. I've been a patient of Dr. Landrum for many years. I was recently told the soonest I could get an appointment for a physical was 5 months in the future. The office staff here is the most uncaring, unprofessional I've ever experienced in the medical industry. They could care less about the patients. I am now trying to get my medical records transfered and that has required two hold times of 15 to 20 minutes and then being told the person that checks the facts is so far behind that my fax was probably never read. The same thing happens when you try to get a prescription refill. Horribly disappointed in having to change doctors because of an incompetent office staff. read more
