I received excellent care here! The care team was great. The wait time sucked though but on the very bright side they have a system that keeps you updated on your spot in line and is accurate so I stepped out ran some errands and came back when it was my turn. I recommend making an appointment. The team also let me know certain days are busier than others so take that into account as well. Beware of using this clinic unless you are in dire need. They're in partnership with some predatory lab company called HealthTrack. When you use their services, they will send your lab work to them to which you will receive another charge. I was told that I electronically signed for this. To my knowledge, I was not given an option to opt out and I could not be treated for the urgent need I had until I signed. Do not let them take advantage of us. stay strong! read more

I was here yesterday and everything was good , than I had to come back due to a swollen foot , the doctor was cool but took my boot off to check my foot now it's uncomfortable to wear two pads fell out of the boot . And to top it all off , I locked my keys in my car , Iv had it today , this place was fast and convenient, I just wish the nurse would had fixed my boot properly. Ugh not happy read more

I like Exer very much actually. But the wait time in this office is usually quite slow. So I made an appointment on my lunch break for an ear ache hoping for a quick remedy. I got there 5 minutes early for a 2pm appointment. Multiple patients were let in before me despite the app showing me as next on the list. I wasn't called into a room until 3pm. Then the nurse took my vitals and asked a bunch of questions until almost 3:15 then said the Doctor will be in and walked out. After almost another 15 minutes of waiting I finally walked out. I had to get back to work. I was furious. With my drive time it cost me 2 wasted hours, no lunch, and a late return to work, all for nothing. And my ear still hurts. It's called urgent care but there is no urgency here. read more

This was the worst medical experience I've ever had. The staff and doctor showed zero concern for my condition. When I asked for an ambulance, I was coldly told to go to the ER myself. No compassion. I would like to start with saying the DR was great. However it took 2 hours to be seen and I was the only one there. Billing is a NIGHTMARE. I called to verify my healthnet medical insurance was accepted here. My visit was 11/2 and they said that they billed healthnet and haven't received a payment so today I woke up a day before Christmas to my account being billed for 596.00. For a URGENT care visit where they performed a flu A & B test. That's RIDICULOUS. And when you try to call to speak with a customer service rep and press to be called back they DONT return your call, or the wait time is really long. I still have my ear! Presented with a possible ear piercing infection/embedded earring due to swelling. Had been experiencing fairly severe swelling of my ear for five days (from a recent piercing). The back of the earring had "disappeared" and the piercing site/hole was actively bleeding and puss. The provider I saw (Danny De La Cerda) was lovely--gently and quickly removed the earring, cleaned the area, treated it and prescribed me antibiotics. I was on my way! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:45 p.m. After I checked in, I waited about an hour in the lobby. When an exam room was ready, I went in and was promptly seen by a nurse, and then waited another hour to see a physician. Despite the long wait, the receptionist and doctor were both very nice, and the doctor had good bedside manner and was helpful. read more

Clean facility. Wait time not too long. I just recently started receiving medi cal benefits and did not have an id number to provide. I called so many numbers and wasn't able to get it. The woman at the front desk took time to find the id number for me so I wouldn't be charged. Very thankful she went out of her way to help me. From now on this is my urgent care. read more

I was a bit confused while she was asking me specific questions and kept apologizing for my delayed responses, and she took the time to wait for all the answers. I visited this location 2nd time in one month and I can tell you with confidence that they are amazing. The first visit was for my two old and second one for myself. Both times great bedside manners from everyone including reception, nurses and the practitioner. My toddler isn't the easiest and they made the whole experience very nice for her . We received great care , medications that actually worked! In clinic testing was done and they explained everything well. I have never met a nicer urgent care practitioner. The best part ? They are fast ! I was in and out in an hour or under both times. read more

Very disappointed at the lack of urgency they have when it comes to follow up care. First off, the medical assistant who was supposed to draw my blood was unable to do it bc she was tired and shaking, and apparently was the only person there who could do it, so they had to send me to an outside lab all the way in LA the next day to get that done. I was still able to do a urine test here but 4 days went by after my visit and I still hadn't received a call or email regarding my results so I had to call the clinic myself for follow-up. They told me they'd call me back, I called twice and both times nobody called back. I had to call for a 3rd time for them to finally let me know what my results were, even then I had to get them to email me those results. They don't let you know what your test results are when they get them, if I wanted to wait with anxiety, then I would've just went to my primary care. Staff is nice but don't come here if your health situation is urgent. read more

I usually come here and receive good care but today I could hear one of the workers talk very loudly about me regarding my eye sight. I was taken very off guard and unprofessional. This urgent care is awful tbh. I came in with severe third-degree burns and I was in shock and waited for nearly 6 hours to be seen. There were four people in the lobby when I arrived...one girl threw in some dramatics and got taken back before me even though she had come in nearly an HOUR after me and I was physically in pain and needed to be seen ASAP. The doctor barely looked at me and when I started crying because I was unsure of how to handle my burn care, he immediately shut down, got uncomfortable and left the room. No time for questions and he looked at me from three-four feet away-never got any closer. I had a burn and this was not during lockdown-it was in August of this year, so I'm unsure of the reasoning behind this behavior. The nurse was sweet, but seemed very, very new to her job and was gentle but so much that my bandages did not even stay on for more than 15 minutes. They gave me some gauze and crappy tape both of which were not the appropriate dressings for such a severe wound. Come to find out. They gave me two regular Tylenol and said good luck. After spending all day in the urgent care with burns so bad I was bleeding, and in shock, or I would've gone somewhere else but the care I got here was piss poor!!! This doctor should be ashamed of himself for not having the stomach mentally or physically to support his patients. If you're in this job for a money grab, I guess urgent care doctor is the way to go. read more

I have never been to an urgent care ever as an adult (child of neglect) so today when I woke up with a UTI, I knew I had to go to get antibiotics. I was anxious, and feeling pretty nervous. What if they charged me and I had no money? What if I asked the wrong question? What if they looked at me and laughed? My brain does this every time. But I saw a review from a month ago that said the receptionist and nurses were nice, so I put on my big girl chonies and walked in. In fact, they were so nice. So caring. So easy going. I scanned the registration QR code, filled it in, sat in my car, and they called me when it was my time. I had a loving N.A and nurse practitioner. I am so happy I came here. I went in 30 minutes before closing, the only time I was available, and the lady had an attitude, which was distasteful i'm sick and obviously didn't have a choice.. I had a prescription that needed to be called in, but it never was. They also sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy, even though I confirmed with her. I'm a tough patient, I had to get a shot in my finger for some stitches, not only did they comfort me and tell me the needle was gunna be small, they were just amazing. I didn't think there was even anything there to stitch. Just amazing service all around. Even the receptionists were amazing and courteous and nice. I brought my daughter here on Dec 17, 2023. I paid the $80 copay and submitted my insurance to them. Today I noticed a $342 bill on my card. I looked at my insurance claims online and none were submitted from here. I called the billing department and they said I was sent an email on Jan 11th saying my insurance was declined because it wasn't active. I never received an email in any of my folders so they decided to just charge my card. Funny thing is, I called Anthem Blue Cross and they never received a claim, said my insurance has been active for over 3 years. I will be disputing the charges. If you do go here, the service wasn't bad and it was fast, just watch your cc charges because they seem to try and pull fast ones over people. I won't be back. read more

Matthew Harrington, PA, is 100% incompetent pertaining to female health and is absolutely unqualified to practice, especially at an Urgent Care facility where medical issues are broad and knowledgeable staff with broad experience is key/expected. He needs to go back to training. He lacks empathy, lacks integrity, lacks bedside etiquette, and also appears to have no passion for healthcare, only a paycheck.
