I had an urgent matter and my Primary care switched insurances so I had to update my insurance and it wasn't going to take effect until May but the girl at the office recommended this place and gave me a list of my health plan acceptable places! Whew! Called them just in time and they said the last walk in is at 6:30. Made it just in time and was able to find street parking in front. I gave my current insurance card and info and filled the paperwork out and got seen by the Dr all within 30 min or less. Dr Green was super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at home! He showed great care and heard all my needs and concerns and I wish they could be my primary doctor but he said they don't do primary, unfortunately. He sent my prescription to CVS right away and wished my husband and I good health and recovery. Altogether, the experience was awesome! Thank you! (And sorry for making y'all stay late!) read more

I came here with concerns about rapid heart rate. I was seen very quickly and received exceptional care. The PA who saw me was excellent and has such a wonderful bedside manner. I knew I was in great hands. He communicated not only with their doctor but also contacted my cardiologist. All of the staff were professional and sweet. Do not go here! Not only is the front desk lazy but they are downright rude, slow as hell in recognizing people who actual needs urgent care but the powers that the front desk reports to should fire the entire staff. Recently I was involved in an accident in which several of my ribs were broken. I was in no way shape or form nor int the right health condition to drive...yet I did it anyway after remembering Thai place. After watching me drag myself in through the front door agonizing in pain the two young ladies offered absolutely no assistance 'whatsoever this was the first bad sign! Yet me having insurance was enough for them to insist on me bringing identification by again dragging my blood soaked clothes that I was obviously wearing to the front desk where again I dragged myself to. Still no personal interest in making sure I got from point A or point B...not one of these ladies offered to assist while I walked back to the waiting room. Shame on them for calling themselves an "URGENT CARE" facility! The women at the front desk have no interest in the health and welfare of any incoming patients. I went just before 5 pm cordially walked in and shared my accident story with the desk. The sheer cavalier battitude and the arrogance of wearing scrubs and not assisting a bloodied Incoming patients (makes me cringe) at that facility...on this premise alone....the lot of the front desk should be terminated! So after waiting for an agonizing two hours the woman who initially took my paperwork informed me that there were three patients in front of me sight unseen ! The same belligerent individual returned to the visiting room and assumed I made up the fact that I had healthcare and insured that she get the correct info. I was more than obliged to get her the info and once this was done. She then informed me that after that two hour wait that it would be another four hour la before I saw a soul. This is when I decided enough is enough and then exited stage left. The moral of the story is that this is not an urgent care in every sense of the word! The horrible individuals working the front desk are not healthcare workers and would better serve our community by being on the cities trash list and pick up trash instead. I went to this urgent care because I've had a fever for a week. I explained to the medic team I have had pneumonia three times (as recent as last year) and dealt with blood clotting in my lung last year as as well. Simply put the nurse practitioner was completely dismissive of what I told her. There were no tests ran on me. Not even a COVID test which I thought was baffling. The nurse told me it "didn't sound like pneumonia" when she checked my breathing. She told me if I'm still feeling bad the next day to go to the ER. Not surprising, but I was feeling worse the following day. I went to a different urgent care and was there for 8 hours because a lot of tests were conducted. It turns out I have pneumonia and a blood clot in my lung again. Glad I am on amends now but how this urgent care treated me is truly disappointing. 0 stars if possible. read more

On a Tuesday I originally went to an Urgent Care facility up the street but when they didn't have IV available on site and I was on foot...I looked for the closest Urgent care and it was Reddy Urgent Care. I called to see if they had IV on site and they said yes but I had to be seen by their provider first. No problem. I knew my body and knew that was what I needed so I pushed myself on that 5 min walk in hopes of relief. When I got there the lady at the front was very kind. She took my ins card and ID. I filled out 3 forms and waited maybe 10 mins. The whole process in the back was done fairly quickly. When it was the end of my visit, they started getting a little busier and because there was only 1 Dr on site, she was stretched and bouncing around here and there...but regardless of that she was the most attentive and caring and answered any question I had throughout the visit. The nurses were amazing and so attentive as well. Under my circumstances, this made my visit the best. I have nothing but good to say about the service. Been here two times. The front desk gossip girls on their phones chatting about their trips they are planning are WAY more important than the people who walk in needing help or calling their number. They don't answer their phone, so don't bother. Caddy, rude, and win every game of "Who can care less", as you're automatically enrolled in the game when you walk in the door - just so you know. The two visits we've been here for, the Nurse Practitioner and Physicians Assistant have been good. But getting past the auto-enrolled game you're in is frustrating. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars because most of the staff has been helpful to me in the past . But the fact that they have this one PA that has very bad bedside manner and does not listen carefully to their patients I will no longer come here if I need it. I went in for ear pain and a weird black and pus like discharge. I told the PA I did go swimming half a week prior and our swim suit smelled funny this time. She looked annoyed at my suggestion and very briefly looked inside my ear. Said she just saw it was red. But why couldn't she take my word for it that I literally pulled out something pus like and black. She looked as if she didn't believe me. And told me " it's probably something viral. You do have a cut in you ear but that all I see. " fast forward three weeks later because in the middle of the 3 weeks my ear felt better for a few days. One day, after the 3 weeks my ear felt completely full and even more painful then ever. Rather than, trying to go to another urgent care I made an appt with my primary which was a week out. I couldn't wait and in the middle of it all purchased a ear cleaning camera and what did I see? A full on raging fungal infection blocking my whole ear drum . Not only did the drops she prescribed the wrong treatment and are not the drop you use for a fungal infection. But it provided a nice wet environment for it to thrive! I have seen another PA there before and she is very nice and caring. This one seems annoyed and bothered. read more

A more detailed review I wrote on their google site and I'm sharing it on here too with the same rating. I want anyone who is ever considering about going here to think twice about it and go to another clinic because these people don't care... I went there Friday June 26, 2020 around 4 PM feeling sick. I see one patient leave and it looked like I was the only patient there. They put me in the room after doing the initial check in and I was waiting for more than an hour just to see the PA. The technician comes in and tells me she'll be right in because she's on the phone with another patient. When she finally comes in she checks me really fast and just tells me she's going to do a strep test. I looked it up online and it says it takes 15 min to get the results but she made me wait another hour. I heard the alarm go off but she was too busy on the phone instead and not helping the only patient, me, that was there. When she finally comes and sees me she tells me it's negative and to just take Tylenol and it'll go away. If it didn't she suggested to just go to the ER. She was so quick to check and tell me without any care or concerns for my well being. I went to see another Dr. who saw it was strep and he got the right medications for it, something that she neglected to be able to do. On top of that, when I called back to get the PAs full name, Christina Vladeanu, the receptionist, Martha Vasquez on the phone lied and said she only knows her first name. I kept asking for it and she hung up on me. She was rude and unprofessional. I called twice and they ignored my call. My fiancé called and tried to ask for her name and the same receptionist hung up on him too. These are unacceptable behavior as an urgent "care" because they showed no care at all. They are just lazy, incompetent, and unconcerned for the well beings of their patients who walk in that door expecting professional health care responsibility from these places. If you want to get well and not get sicker I recommend to NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!! I will make sure they get the proper investigation so this doesn't happen to anyone one else. If I could give this urgent care less than one star I gladly would.... On 3/22 I went to the Reddy Urgent Care clinic to be seen by a doctor. I was assisted by a young lady with curly hair in the front desk who was unprofessional and rude with me. Since I had insurance recently issued but had not received my card, she became immediately bothered by the fact that she could not access her portal to verify insurance as it was down. She stewed in her own frustration shaking her head, and tried to turn me away saying they couldn't help me because she could not locate my medical #. I specifically asked what she needed and she said the medical number. I then made a quick phone call to my pharmacy and obtained the number she had requested. This took me no longer than a minute. After providing her with the number, she then tells me do you know if it's healtynet... then yammers off other carriers... and I replied, you didn't ask me for that information. She then wields her arms saying because she couldn't verify the information, I had to go somewhere else. Meanwhile, the two other office workers are standing around gossiping about the doctors and snickering looking at their phones. I left PISSED to say the least. I quickly googled the phone number I needed to call and it took me no less than 3 minutes to verify the type of insurance I had which they would have taken had they desired the need to actually work and provide the care they were hired to do. What an awful bunch of lazy workers. They must be unhappy with their workplace because the urgent care down the street from them seemed ecstatic to help and to provide excellent care. If you are wanting to get a Rapid Covid test it is $350 dollars. They are a private organization so make sure you have insurance ready. They make you wait out in the cold for 4 hours. They saw only 25 people during this time. I work in healthcare and I would not suggest the location. They use cotton tips not meant for Covid test and they walk with the sample swab across their doors without putting it into a test tube or bag for testing. It is more of a money making facility. I went to this Urgent Care because they accepted my insurance and I'm working out of town. This place was terrible. The receptionists were not polite or helpful. I was the only person in the waiting room and they just left me there. When I asked how much longer until I would be seen, the receptionist just got up and walked away! Didn't answer me. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. This is one of the worst Urgent Cares I've ever been to in my entire life. After I finished my paperwork I brought it to the front desk and the worker was not there, I was told to leave my paperwork there on the front desk counter. I take HIPPA training and that's a HIPPA violation. I wanted to leave but I needed to be seen and it had been far too long. After I was brought into the room I sat in a room where I could hear the doctor speak at length to each patient about their problems, again another HIPPA violation. I then listened while instead of being seen the doctor showed pictures of her new students baby that she just had, this is after I have been waiting in an almost empty Urgent Care for over an hour. Doctor tried to give me an over the counter prescription of Debrox after I waited 40+ minutes and when I told him no he tried to discourage me to wait for the nurses to unclog my ears by telling me the wait was long when it wasn't. I also informed him my ears feel tender and I probably have an infection and he told me no that it's just like that because it was clogged. WELL. It's been about a week it's been unclogged and it's tender again. NEGLIGENT AND DISMISSIVE even for a simple task. Imagine the lack of care for other matters. Take your business elsewhere. Congrats on earning my first ever one star review. One and a half hour wait (going on two as I stand in the lobby area) with no updates or info given to anyone in the interim-- there were only a handful of people ahead of me upon my arrival. The woman working at the front desk was nice, but that does not excuse the fact that I could've gotten tested faster at Dodger stadium... at least I would've been in my car and stayed warm had I gone that route. I have been coming to Reddy Urgent care for the past 7 years and I have always been satisfied with their services. Dr. Reddy herself is an amazing doctor. I appreciate the work that all doctors and nurses do for their patients. But today I have to say, I am very disappointed in the service provided by one of their newer nurse practitioners Christina Vladeneau, I have never seen her or been treated by her. I brought my son in because hes been having flu symptoms and I say flu, because we actually went and got tested for Covid19 and both our tests came back negative, thank God. This nurse lady didnt want to treat my son, she kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my sons symptoms. She just assumed that he had Covid and that it was too early for us to be tested. According to the CDC symptoms show up way after you have been exposed to the virus. I asked them to test him for the flu in order to get proper treatment for my son. She came back after an hour with a big grim on her face just to tell me they dont have flu tests. She did absolutely nothing and didnt recommend anything, didnt check my sons mouth for throat infection. How can you be in the medical industry if you dont give a damn about your patients. read more

She said "I'm pretty sure we took our last patient for the day" but on the phone they said 30 minutes before closing was the deadline. She was very rude and dismissed me after I explained to her I called about the insurance. She said she would check and took 2 seconds to tell me they dont take my insurance. Worst of the wrost!!! I've been waiting since 2:40PM on saturday jan.16th.2021. This has nothing to do with covid by the way. So I walked in and this woman screams across the room asking what I was here for twice. I told her Urgent Care. She yells to go wait outside. So i said ok. At about 2:52, a nurse came to ask if it's for covid and I said no so she says all other related services will resume at 3:30 because they have to go to lunch. She told us to come back at 3:30. She also send a woman with child home and they were here for a covid test. They have about 8 mins to do a covid test but sent her away. So we waited because it took forever to find parking. At 3:11 someone came over to lock the door. At 3:35, I kid you not, the same nurse who was yelling at me in the front had her head bow down (afraid to look at me in the eyes because she knew she messed up) and posted a printed paper stating, they're on lunch and will not be back til 4:05PM!!!!!! Now I'm mad. I'm furious. My mother has to pee. My mother have hernia pain for weeks. I work so much and finally took one Saturday off to take her and this clinic treats me this way?!!! COMMUNICATE WITH ME! APOLOGIZE TO ME! I'm a very reasonable person. I work in customer service for years and this isn't a way to treat customer or clients. I am livid! And I left. I'm upset. So do not come here! I hope they lose their license and please pass the words on. Worse clinic ever! If anything happens to my mom from both pain and holding her pee in, I will sue this clinic!! I called around for urgent care near my home and I was disappointed that they cannot accept my insurance or the price is very high for me. Luckily, Reddy Urgent Care told me I do not have to pay anything! Thanks god. I went in for a stitches removal and the dr said she remember me before. That is a good sign that she really pay attention to her patient. I was afraid of getting hurt during the removal but I didn't feel a thing. It happened so quick and pain free. I came here yesterday for my daughter and we had to wait to be seen outside where there is no place to sit or much shade. I just don't understand why they wouldn't let some people sit in the waiting room. Only one patient is allowed inside bc of fucking covid. Very rude and unprofessional workers. First and last time that me and my family come to this Urgent Care Facility. I'm so dissapointed with the service that we received. All three ladies working in the front were very rude. From the moment that we walked in with our boys we noticed the bad attitude. Not once were we acknowledged or given protocol of their check in process. My husband went ahead and took our boys to sit down in the waiting room area while I waited for someone to help me check them in. One of them was helping a gentleman while the other two were carrying a conversation amongst themselves. However, the minute that one of ladies noticed my husband walking with our boys to the waiting room area... It was only then that she acknowledged me and rudely asked me if we were waiting to be checked in for the Urgent Care. I said yes, and she immediately pointed to the signs and says you guys have to wait outside to be called. I said well we were never acknowledged up to this point and I told her that her bad attitude was unnecessary. The other lady sitting next to her raised her voice and tells me "well don't you see the signs with the instructions, they're posted everywhere," and then looks over to her co worker and they both started laughing. They had no right to treat us this way. Their attitude was so insensitive and we felt disrespected. We left the facility and took our boys somewhere else.
