D0 not come here if all you need is an IV line inserted. I have home healthcare orders for IV medications and accidentally took my IV line out. My transplant coordinator told me to go to an urgent care or emergency room. I have all the necessary paperwork but they do not insert IV lines. The lady upfront was nice though. I can barely breathe from mucus in my chest and doctor waves me off and said I'm fine. I'm even coughing loud and scratchy, you can hear in my breathing how bad it is. This was not a real doctor, she was wearing a black nurse outfit. She was about 200lbs overweight and I couldn't even understand what she was saying. Stay away from this place. Front desk staff was so friendly, we called ahead to ask if they took our insurance and they were so helpful. When we got there it looked overwhelmingly busy, the waiting room is small and there were a lot of people but they were so quick a without making it feel like they were rushing to get to the patients. They estimated an hour wait with 4-5 patients ahead of us but we were seen within 30-45 minutes! They tested my mom for Covid and the flu, and gave her the medication she needed to help with her fever and body aches. I definitely recommend this place, you hear about urgent cares and ERs being nightmares but we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. read more

I was looking for an urgent care to take my daughter due to a cut on her arm that needed stitches and one that my insurance covered and glad I found this one. First time being there and I must say all the staff are so nice and helpful. The office is nice and so clean. Doctor and nurse literally answered all my questions and do a great job taking care of my daughter. I would definitely recommend coming here if you ever need to go to urgent care. read more

Urgent care, used to be called Whittier urgent care. Fast service. Fair prices. Staff was nice in front at check in. Paperwork is sent to your phone to do right there. Only 6 seats. Very clean and new looking. read more

Staff at front desk were very helpful that was much appreciated. You have to check in and register online with a QR code they provide upfront, they let you use their wifi as well. VERY QUICK SERVICE, was not packed we stopped by at 7PM. The nurse practitioner was very caring, I took my 1 year old daughter in to get checked because she was sick. They tested her for Covid RSV and the flu. Overall great service, I will definitely be coming back and recommending to my family. read more

I needed to go into urgent care due to spraining my ankle and as soon as started to inform the staff my reason they quickly informed me they did not have a X-ray machine on site and I would need to go to their location in Anaheim. I ended up just going to local hospital to get seen. I also read previous reviews on wait times and I would rather deal with long wait at hospital who had machine rather than drive to Anaheim and have same long wait time as a hospital. They should advise insurances, clinics associated with them like Optum they don't have capacity for these types of procedures read more

If it's an urgent care, it would be nice if they have more than ONE doctor on call for the many patients that show up on the weekend. Prepare yourself for an hour + of wait time. Two office techs up front are vey disinterested in your concerns, they'll answer the bare minimum. If you are able to, find another Urgent care you can go to. read more

Went here today, long story short I was advised to get an ultrasound. So I had PIH Radiology call Exer urgent care because they need some clarification on the ultrasound and exer, there staff and the Dr. all refused to assist PIH Radiology. But exer was really good in asking for my PPO insurance and co payment. read more

Took my infant with an ear ache . They prescribed medication. They said they would sent it to my pharmacy of choice, went to the pharmacy, no medication. Called but the clinic had already closed. The next day I called 8 am to request for them to send it to the pharmacy, they said they would, waited over an hour went to the clinic , nothing!!!!!! Have in mind it's hard to deal with an infant that is sick!!! Called another time and asked for the medication to be sent over and they said " you'll have to wait " come on, that's messed up. read more

Came in early said open at 8am waiting for provider to come came after 8:30 with star bucks ladies said provider had an emergency made us wait outside then when finally let in didn't have an id so now that I waited over an 1hour they called another person in 1st so even if your here early make sure you have proper Identification in hand.
