Worst vape shop in the state of Colorado!! My wife and I purchased a chamber and a dab bubbler, the staff working knew absolutely nothing about the products, including pricing, and sold us a used display model. We never received a receipt either. Then we get home to find out that BOTH items we bought were broken. My wife called and left a very nice message asking to be called back, they never called. So I went to the store to get a refund, and was informed by the underage kid working that smelled of alcohol that I needed a receipt. I informed him that he didn't give us one yesterday, and after no help, I asked to speak to the manager. After 15 minutes an older lady came out and snapped off with extreme attitude "who wanted to see the manager?!" I explained that it was me and that I needed a refund. I even showed her and the underage alcoholic working my transaction record showing my purchase less than 24 hours before. She talked to me like I was wrong for having light products from her, and treated me like a piece of shit. I was extremely pissed off and I started to leave, as I did either her or one of the many underage kids she has hanging out there threw the glass bubbler attachment at me and it broke on the ground. She then threatened to call the cops on me, so I left. My wife called and talked to her, and the key said she'd give us a refund. No more than 5 minutes later my wife's phone rings and it's a Lakewood police officer!! He was laughing with me on the phone about this lady, and I was told to not go back to the store (I wouldn't ate back foot in that shitty store if they paid me). So after all of this, I have to report this business to the BBB and report a fraud charge on my credit card. I went to ExHale on Saturday as my old Vape Pen was not working anymore. When I first walked in I was welcomed with a smile and friendly staff. I explained my issue with my old vape pen and after going through all of the Vape Pen selections (huge selection) I landed on the Itaste. I also purchase some of their e liquid which is by far the best liquid I have had and I have been on the Vape pen for over a year. I bought the Bay Breeze and Another Berry. You can actually taste the flavor of these instead of the old nasty stuff I was getting from store by my house. I will definitely be using this store as my number one stop for Ecig supplies. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the products are by far the best I have had thus far. Planning a trip in next week so I can see what other flavors they have. I was slightly skeptical due to the bad reviews I saw regarding this shop. Sometimes I chalk bad reviews up to the customer and not the business, but I wasn't there and all I can really do is report my own experience. This was my first time in the shop and I spent approximately 30 minutes in there asking questions and sampling juices. The owner, Leanne, was incredibly accommodating, patient, and told me every juice they had that even remotely matched my flavor profile. During that time, around five other customers came in and Leanne seemed to know each and every one by name. Not to mention I got a pretty darn great deal on a 120mL bottle of juice. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and if I'm ever in the area, I will certainly stop by again. read more

I came a few days after Christmas because my wife has bought me a vape pen (trying to quit smoking) well when I tired to fill up the vape liquid it kept dropping out,there was a crack in the brand new tank. I went into the store without really thinking there would be an issue. I was greeted by a few kids and told them what happened. They proceeded to tell me that it must have been my fault and that once the item leaves the store it's a done deal. Really??? My wife spent about 139 dollars for everything and we were talking about a 25 dollar tank they could have easily replaced but refused to. I asked to speak to a manager and the kid told me he was the manager and laughed. Stay away from these crooks. read more

Grade AA - ExHale is the supreme e-cig shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff; both employees working at the store took the time to talk to me and show me their merchandise. I didn't feel rushed at all; I was in there for over an hour! The guys walked me through each pen's features and I sampled all their flavors. I purchased the wooden Smokjoy N-Fire II Jolly Roger pen with the adjustable voltage. This pen also works with additional accessories that are superb. Super glad I stopped in! I'm still new to the vape and I really wanted to upgrade from what I had originally so I had a ton of questions. The ExHale crew was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. They answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted. Thank you ExHale for my iTaste, it's perfect. Im not sure what the guy above is talking about as I went in tonight and had a fantastic experience dealing with Exhale. The young lady running the store was very nice very informative and really knows her stuff. She didnt try to recommend the most expensive inventory but what they have seen great results from. She showed me how to use my Itazte and was really helpful. I live really close to the store and I plan to buy all my stuff here from now on. Maybe Noah needs to become of age before he goes into buy something that he isnt legally able to use. read more

Horrible owner & staff...they don't do exchanges and lied about helping me as a customer to avoid aiding me in the product exchange or refund..store packed with a dozen teeny boppers hanging out chatting with the staff as I waited patiently my turn in line...there was no line!!!...I found 4 other Vape stores in the area ate the $30 and purchased thru them..furthermore was threatened my the owner...see previous reviews apparently I'm not her only victim...buyer beware read more

Read the prior reviews and decided to stop in. Its new, but the employees were very friendly and informed. They carry only the accessories that are the top brands. This is not a tobacco shop trying to cash in on the e-cig business, but a business that only specializes in e-cigarettes. Theu have a nice selection of VG juices which I like. It was nice to find a shop that knows their stuff and took the time to get exactly what I was looking for. read more

I came here to help be educated on electronic cigarettes a little more. The guy behind the counter was all over the place. He really didn't know anything about there product and they really don't have that many pens, way over-priced since what I know from the research I've been doing online. The owner is very disrespectful. The way she belittled and bullied her employees infront of customers really pissed me off. Now I know why she has a new employee pretty much every day. All of her hardware is cheap chinese clones and she sells to minors on a daily basis. Honestly any SANE person would steer clear of this place. I disagree with Noah. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately walking in the door they have a sample table set up to try their flavors. I ended up spending almost an hour in their shop just talking and hanging out. Way better service than the other shops in the area. Exhale is my favorite vape store around here. The employees are so welcoming and can answer any vape questions you'll have. They have everything you need and pretty much any vape product you could think of. The vibe is always upbeat especially with how chill and nice the people always are.
