Ok the prices are good and the selection is large but I am constantly misgendered by the staff here every time I come in when I am clearly female and have even talked with some staff on a more personal level about my gender expression. Had issue with scanning my Valid ID and told me that though they have appreciated my business through the years and have enjoyed the hundreds of dollars I've spent with them in that time that they can't allow me in the store and suggested I get my ID fixed or go on to the my Colorado app and blah blah blah. I'll take my business else where. Does the bar refuse service because the ID has a crack in it? Does the Dispensary close their doors on you for a cracked ID? This place is hands down the worst establishment I've ever come across. It's 5 minutes away from where I live and I drive almost 25 minutes to centennial vapes instead. The customer service sucks the prices are almost twice as much as any other vape store I've been to. Uneducated employees who don't understand their own devices. Attempted to buy nicotine salt juice but was belittled out of it by the employees. Bought a 12 mg/mL bottle of Nked Very Berry juice which preceded to burn the coils in my pod system I also bought pods for. Pod systems are meant to use nicotine salts!! Not regular juice. Highly displeased. I then came back later and attempted to explain that I didn't even want to buy what I bought, I was pressured into it. I was told they cannot do exchanges on juice.
