This is the most impressive dispensary I've ever seen! I went on 4/20 and it was packed. They had free valet, Heavy Hitters personnel on site, and crazy deals. The place is stocked with the products I want the most that's how I got there. Mainly Lowell Farms quick prerolls. I got so many giveaway items it's crazy! All of the budtenders were buzzing around and helping so many people. It was very busy but all smiles on this holiday. The manager running the point of sale system, Izzy .... oh, my... she made me blush. She was so kind, so accommodating, and so efffin prettyyyy . This *used* to be my regular place, pre-coronavirus. However, in the last few months, I've come here and routinely not been able to get what I wanted: for example, the last six--count 'em, *6*--times I went in, they had no sativa flower by the gram. At all. In the entire store. They had very few sativa options in the 1/8ths, as well, and pretty much only the expensive options were left. Waited in line with a ton of men whose masks were half pulled down, only to go in, find out they didn't have what I wanted, turn around and walk out. Today, I went in and while there were 2 options of sativa by the gram, they were both expensive ($17-$20 for a gram each, which is pretty high); there are 1/8ths available of good strains for $40 (including tax!) at legitimate, legal dispensaries in the area, such as Sun Valley Caregivers, which is where I've started going. Exhalence has a lot of edibles, as well as a ton of products I don't buy or use, which is great but... just doesn't really meet my needs. They also started charging $3 for credit card transactions and prices have definitely gone up. I loved this place, but I keep striking out. I can't keep coming here as my regular place, sadly, but I'll be back for some edibles. read more

If you are a newbie, make sure you are educated BEFORE you come here and know that this is a standard upselling and product flipping retail organization, not the nice neighborhood store you were expecting. Do not expect any help in understanding the millions of products offered. Their job here is to sell, sell, sell you something, anything even if you are looking for something they don't have. So, here's the thing, although my generation pretty much created the cannabis industry (as we know it) I am late to the game and just now getting into the experience. I also freely admit that I am newbie but doing my best to learn and ask questions as much as possible. I mainly use cannabis as a sleep aid and an alternative to prescription meds. I must say it does an amazing job and have been interested in other associated natural hacks. Recently stopped by Exhalence and spoke with one of the "Budtenders" there and openly let her know that I was indeed clueless to the product and that I needed her help. I explained that I was specifically looking for a strain to motivate me in my workout and that after researching various strains, I decided that Durbin Poison, Harlequin, or Sour Diesel (or similar) might be a great match. As I was looking for an uplifting, awake, strain that would be energetic, and motivating, etc. She brought over several boxes and a battery and various cartridges and explained that these were all great products for what I was looking for. She held up a strain called Blue Dream and assured me that it was exactly what I was looking for. I asked if they had the Durban or Diesel or even bud to just smoke and she finally admitted that they were out, but assured me that the Blue Dream was the exact same thing. So I gladly bought more stuff than I needed and left. Upon trying her suggested Blue Dream I realized pretty quickly that although my mind was indeed active, (for Gods sake I think I solved Fermat's Last Theorem, world hunger, and the actual meaning of life in about an hour and eight minutes) however, my body was catatonic and all I could think of is sleeping. So I slept for most of the parade. Total buzz kill...in researching Blue Dream, I see it is fantastic for mental activity but definitely NOT for physical activity. Exactly what I told the young "Bud-Maiden" (not meant as a sexist remark...if he was male, I would have used the term "Bud-Dude"), I did not want. My point here is, ok, upsell me on crap I probably don't need but "must have", even sell me a larger size than I asked for...I get it, business is business, but if you don't have something I am requesting, just tell me you don't have it. Seems a bit "uncool" to sell me something I am telling you I don't want and paint a different picture for me to follow. Most importantly, if you are going to go to Exhalence, make sure you are educated and do not rely on the knowledge and honesty of the sales team. read more

I am met with the same reliable service, friendly front desk, accessible and easy parking upon entrance on every single visit. Although product availability can vary, (depending on the product itself), I would suggest calling before going to check if they have your product in stock. I will mention that when with my previous purchase seemed faulty, I phoned in and was immediately transferred over to management. I was surprised that upon hearing about my specific situation, John invited me back in to offer an exchange, on a brand product not manufactured by Exhalence itself. I was very thankful and surprised that such a well-established dispensary was still taking note of not just a possible malfunctioning item, but rather, an unhappy consumer experience at their business, regardless of the potential profitable gains/loss.
