After my mother passed a few weeks ago my brother suggested Martucci's. And from the time I walked in, until the time I left the men there were compassionate and fair with us. They treated us with respect and helped us with everything. Their prices are decent for everything. The way the men at Martucci's acted toward us and my mother will not be forgotten. Well this was like the last load we had to take in and so we took it in and this place has only a couple workers well they have one young kid there and it was the end of the day so he had to help us unload and one of his co-workers made the remark to him " sucks to be the last man on the totem pole huh?" And he said "yea I hate f'ing crackheads." I was absolutely mad at what he said. So I called that same day and left a voicemail to let the owner know what kind of employees she has. I called Hyatt and he came out, got the motor, replaced it and the belt. He cleaned everything out so well and cleaned up after himself. It was very reasonable. I highly recommend. Thankful I don't have to get a new machine.
