At that time I did not know it would cause any issue, until I ran my AC. I heard a noise which was never there before the cleaning. I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone. Superior Air Duct Cleaning caused me unnecessary cost to get something fixed that they caused. Bad business model. Don't hire these people. I asked about pricing out some options for additional rooms and they priced out the best package for me and were able to add the extra rooms. They did a good job with the cleaning and I was very happy with the value offered. They had to connect to my outside water source, park in front of the house and leave my front door open for the equipment. It would have been nice to know all of this in advance so I could have been better prepared. After service was completed I was emailed a survey. I completed it and noted that that equipment left a small scuff mark on the staircase. A few days later I got a thank you card in the mail from Sears Carpet Cleaning thanking me for my business and offering to fix the scuff mark.
