I called to make an order and a girl named kala answered the phone and when I told her I wanted to make an order for papa John's she asked me to hold and put the phone down, I could hear her helping other customers and did not let anyone know I was the phone for 5 minutes waiting to make an order. I finally put my order in for 2 simple things, now I havent ate from there in 2 months because I had a bad experience last time. I get my food home had no dipping sauce that should have been with the cheese sticks and nothing for my papadia or how ever you spell it theres normally dipping sauce with that too. I cut some cheese sticks up for my son who is autistic and loves their cheese sticks and as I'm taking a bite out of 1 of mine I noticed there was a rubber string inside my cheese stick mind you I have already ate 1 and my son has ate most of his. This is the second time I have had some sort of plastic in my cheese sticks, so I have no idea if we ate more plastic or if it was just that piece. No point in trying to get a refund and my papadia has all the meat and cheese in the middle with a lot of extra crust. I wish big D could just go back how it used to be and Nick would come back. It's not worth spending your money there for anything else besides gas.
