The displays are well thought out so to not overwhelm you with options and they do have a lot of options to choose from. Price wise, I think that Exit 33 has the better price range compared to other dispensaries around. They have plenty of parking on the street and a parking lot in the back, so you don't have to walk far. Good selection of brands. Got some MFNY vapes after learning they were out of Jetty. Display case had discounts for items they were out of stock of and the cashier and manager seemed to struggle to determine what items were in stock. The concierge was helpful and knowledgeable but my order got mixed up at the register. No screen to confirm and the order wasn't read back to me so I ended up with the wrong stuff. Lots of potential squandered by what looks to be poor leadership. The hours are a plus and the inside is nice but the service was severely lacking. read more

Alright..I more than understand New York cannabis prices are through the roof and Exit Exotic might have SOME items I am not gunna lie are a about 10 to 15 percent more ( because they more than likely pay more for rent..next to the STANLEY)..but the guest services everyone from the security to the budtenders..nothing but respect! They also have MORE options than any store from here to Syracuse...I just moved from California recently and I have had Washington state cannabis, and Oregon state too..for me..Exit Exotic is a definite go to store for options and proper strains, if you cannot find an option for you, your not looking hard enough, or just ask them for help because they will! In order to enter, these circus clowns demand your license BE SCANNED. NYS cannabis law requires the purchaser's ID BE SHOWN on demand to verify age and residency. There is no NYS regulation about scanning or capturing data via a scan. When I asked why the scan, the dimbulb bimbo at the door mumbled utter nonsense that it was for "them inside for your purchase." What a huge, steaming load of BS that's beyond shady. This is blatant data mining and data capture for marketing or other reasons. Businesses do sell data to list aggregators. These lists are stolen. Databases are hacked, too. Have purchased in Ithaca. They followed the regs and simply asked for a license to be displayed. A suggestion to refuse the scan, be denied entry, and do business elsewhere. Unless you could care less about the information on a drivers license being disseminated to... who knows who. Don't blame us when a Russkie Hacker empties your bank account. If enough complain about this abysmal business practice, maybe the circus clowns will get the hint. Beside the scan malfeasance, the prices are sky (pardon the pun) high. The reviews are a joke, this place has what I need every time. You're paying tax and you pay more from a dispensary rather than some regular joe shmo. Real smokers know this. Back in NY to visit family from Cali so I stopped here. I bought Koa's twice. First time paid $75 ($35 in Cali dispos) it's whatever but absurd. The real issue, the dude wearing the sunglasses indoors. Dude is shady looking and I'm guessing he's the one who jacked a J out of my pack of Koa's. The second pack I bought had 9 j's...unreal. Utica is a nice place...except for the people. Don't go here, go to the Casino and support them. These dudes are no different than a spot in Cornhill. read more

the first time i went in, their ceredit card machine was down, the next time i asked if they had apple pay. their answer was in the affirmative. I finally get to the register and its 'oh no we dont have contcactless payment' No big deal. the next time i was smart and brought cash. Got the product. which was all premature crap, i could have grown better flowers in my window. of course the packaging was top shelf...
