The parking lot is very small and very tight. When you drive a big vehicle like I do either and awesome van for a van life or my big diesel pick up truck like a good country boy does the parking can be difficult but once you get your big manly truck, parked and go inside, you will enjoy the establishment. I plan day trips to MA because of this place. The parking lot is small but I always aim to arrive at 8/9 AM to avoid the craze. I also order online which saves me time. Their selection is very large and I love when they have promos and deals. They have a bathroom too. Every person here is always kind. From the check in people, security, and budtenders, everyone I have interacted with here has always been very kind and knowledgeable. Their product is amazing and reasonably priced I tend to always try something different every time I come. Their prices are very reasonable. I have seen 8ths as low as $28 and as high as $60. It's nice to have choices. Found this store, checked the menu online and decided to give this a try. Parking lot is a bit tight but serviceable. Staff were as polite as any other store of this caliber. Pre-ordered and got a text indicating that it was ready for pick up a little while after submitting order. Was able to procure my order as soon as I arrived at their door. Quick and efficient. I have since used some of the products and found them to be very enjoyable. This is "My" Dispensary. I am extremely comfortable having one reliable, on the mark and very comfortable store, on which to rely on, for my recreational and medicinal (Yep!) needs. Baily, Laurie and Nick are 3 of an incredibly "cracker jack" staff! It seems that All dispensaries are kind of sterile, which is actually a plus, though perhaps, not decoratively delightful. What makes this store, "MY" store, is the truly lovely staff, who beautifully combine a welcoming environment with impressive expertise. I am a connoisseur, if you will, and it's so nice to be able to receive accurate information about the product. I trust these people, and THAT'S BIG! I've always had a smooth experience here, my partner and I make an afternoon of it going to a locally owned Thai restaurant first. They check your government ID at each step and are very efficient at getting everyone through the process. They're extremely helpful and each employee I've interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Tons of choice but I recommend checking the website prior to going especially if you're looking for a specific product, sometimes they sell out (like any other retail business). I cannot say enough GOOD things about this dispensary. About a year ago I came to this outstanding business and gave them four stars because they did not have a specific, somewhat rare strain I was looking for. I unfairly said their selection was a bit thin because of this. The dispensary owner/manager responded to my first review and explained how their inventory was in fact more polific than the most in the area, and invited me to return so they could try to earn that 5th star. Well, they sure did! Not only did they have an amazing and very diverse inventory, they had two versions of what I wanted this time, AND 8th and ounce quantities of the original strain I was looking for last time. They actually have full spectrum and strain specific edibles. They had a nice and accessibly priced selection of glass, and even had a very cool VW bus stash jar (which I am using)! The bud tender who helped me was a fellow Gen-Xer, and was more knowledgeable than I was, and I have several years of growing/processing experience on the left coast. She was able to give me an accurate assessment of the flower I purchased this time based on her personal experience AND the science analysis from the grower! Plus, she was folksy and seemed to enjoy my company. The bud tender who helped me last time remembered me and took a moment to acknowledge me and chat me up. I really liked this. The folks working here have consistently been friendly and never weird. I started going there because I usually buy one pre roll and it can take 40 minutes for me to get into Berkshire Roots. I have found their prices good and the products good. Some of the brands they carry are better than others, and Berkshire roots has better consistency with their in-house products. Bloom Brothers has made staying medicated a lot easier with their livhtnwnkng fast pre-order and curbside pickup ( they handle this better than Berkshire Roots). read more

Always has a very wide range I of products and low priced options as well. Very friendly. The store is clean and the people love working there. They will gladly talk to you while you're getting your order if you want to change something or if you have a question about some thing. It is by far my favorite place to go but they sometimes run out of what I use. Biggest selection of edibles that I have seen anywhere. And they always even have some low priced flower on sale. For ex. Zour apples for 30 for 1/8th. Which normally goes for 60. So you can find lots of treats there. It is definitely worth the trip. Very positive experience. Not so much about the dealing with them, though, dealing with them couldn't have been easier, quicker, or more pleasant. I was in and out in 4 minutes and both the budtender and I wore masks and I never had to leave my car. So, they got an A for customer service. Also, before placing my order, I had a couple of questions and dropped them a line and got clear answers within minutes. What counts, in my book, is the quality of the product. I had been looking for particular strains for quite some time and Bloom Brothers had them both - Sour Diesel and Durban. So, I ordered them both. This was yesterday, so I haven't tried them both yet, but I did try SD. Every bit as good as its reputation. Was VERY pleased. Uplifting, very happy, and the high was long lasting. I also purchased some tincture, to help with sleep, and it, also, was very effective. Prices are what they are. They're not low, about the same as what I was paying before it all got legal, but now I'm confident that what I'm getting is what they say I'm getting - and it doesn't have additives or pesticides. So, overall, an improvement (compared to the days when I met a guy in a parking lot). Another thing worth writing home about is their selection. It'll take years before I feel that I'll have gone through their offerings, and by then, they'll change, so this may become my newest hobby - going through the BB options. I have made two trips to this location both during Covid. Their hours are solid however their mobile site could use some work but it is effective. That said and without going into detail, during my second trip I brought an unfortunate situation upon myself. As a result the professionalism exhibited and their understanding of "my" misunderstanding proved to be some of the best customer service hands down.
