They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. A 1960s building is not safely equipped to house a dangerous transportation device inside its building. 2/3 of its occupants/families are in an uproar, and the board members and management are not listening.
