But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. They have a punch card for loyalty - and they do a free wash on your birthday! ****The prices in the sign photo attached to my previous review are old, from 2022.
