Got my windshield and 2 front windows tinted at this place about 2 months ago. After the bubbles…read moresettled I notice a bunch of little dots in the tint of the 2 front windows. Also the outside borders of my front windshield that they tinted was spotty. You can see several spots where they cut it to short below the defroster bubbles. They said sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't, it's been 2 months and they are still there, I brought my car back to at least get the 2 front windows re-done about 2 weeks after. They took 2 1/2 hours just to redo 1 window, the asked me if I wanted the other one done? As if they took long on purpose because they didn't want to redo it. Especially when the advertise lifetime warranty on thier tints. I said don't bother and left. Not to mention after leaving there each time i noticed a small dink/dent on the passenger side of my vehicle door when i got home. Bottom line is i paid $250 for tints that im not happy with , the outside borders of my front windshield look awful.​

Recently we purchased a new car and happy to bring the new baby in to Americo to get the full treatment of PPF and ceramic coating. We called several places in CT but was super excited to find a place right in town. I immediately loved the fact that there were so many positive reviews and that Americo was super professional and responsive to our questions. Second time one side is perfect the other side has the same exact scratches the first job did. It's from the tool they use. Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me. I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). But the same store in Pittsburgh was charging me $100 more than this place did so as far as I'm concerned I definitely got what I paid for. Plus I got lifetime warranty Great service! Would definitely come here again if I have anything else they can do for me
