Surgical Precision! Excellent service, Daniel has significant experience with detailing, paint restoration, and ceramic coating. He cares about his work and his client's complete satisfaction. Daniel performed a light paint correction and ceramic coating on my 2005 BMW M3 in Carbon Black. Carbon Black is a fantastic, limited BMW color but it does tend to show swirl marks and other light damage very clearly. Daniel worked on the car for several hours and when complete it looks like a new paint job. He uses the highest quality products and will keep you informed of the process. He even returned the next day to check his work and adjust any high spots. I cannot say enough about Daniel and Exotic Detail and have no hesitation recommending his services to anyone. Let me start out this review by saying that Daniel is a HERO! He deserves a Medal of Honor for the work he did on my car. I would leave a 1,000,000 star rating if I could. So my car was already really gross inside to begin with: years of dirt, grime, spills, dog hair and neglect- then my puppy got carsick and had a double end explosion inside. it was a nightmare. The interior was destroyed, I was ready to throw out my entire car. The mess was so bad I felt like my entire life was over. Daniel was able to fit me in for a major interior deep clean detail and basic exterior detail on short notice and very last minute, the same day I called him. HE SAVED THE DAY AND SAVED MY CAR! He literally worked magic I'm blown away. My car hasn't been this clean since I drove it off the dealership lot years ago. I'm absolutely blown away by his work, he truly did an incredible job. He worked on my nasty car for at least 4 hours to get it spotless. I'm so so so grateful for the amazing incredible job he did. My car interior looks brand new now. It smells great too!! The outside looks awesome as well, also spotless. My car hasn't looked this great since I first drove it off the dealership lot. All traces of the puppy poop and puke explosion are GONE!!! UPDATE: He reached out to me and explained there was a miscommunication and he apologized and we resolved the issue! I respect this business for reaching out and trying to resolve the issue! Originally had an appointment for March 20th for 12-2 didn't show up until a few minutes before 4. It started raining later that day and understandably he didn't finish and asked that he come back a few days later. He charged full price even tho the service was not completed. We rescheduled to have him come March 23rd for 3-4. No communication was sent and he also did not show up. The work he did do was good but did not come back to finish. read more

This was literally the best experience I have ever had. Our 2019 Jeep Cherokee was a mess from a prior company cleaning our car (among other things they did), and I made a catastrophe inside. Daniel did an awesome job--fixed all the mistakes-and turned it back into showroom condition. He spent five hours cleaning and fixing the nonsense that happened to it at the other car cleaning place. wow! I never thought anyone could get my car looking back to normal. I have a work car that I live out of basically on top of it with three kids so there was smashed gummy bears, melted chocolate, and an embarrassing amount of dirt and crumbs inside my car.
