I will say the service was personable and the customers just as friendly, especially being a more intimate space with round racks and wall mounted items. I think this is a good shop to visit when you're wanting to learn and explore as well as education on the world of leather, gear, kink and beyond. Much more all gender inclusive in terms of items but with swapmeet vibes. Would stop in again for some small items, but not the first choice. Leather Etc needs some tlc.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We drove about 20 minutes after finding this store on Yelp, hoping to have a pleasant shopping experience at Muqbool Islamic Clothing. My daughter and son came with me, and when we entered the store, we were simply looking around and browsing. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior toward my children was extremely upsetting. First, he became upset with my daughter for looking at an abaya. Just a few seconds later, he became upset with my son and told him, "This is not a playground. Stay with your mom." My children were not causing any trouble--we had just walked in and were looking around. The way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at an Islamic clothing store before. We drove 20 minutes specifically to shop here, and unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed and uncomfortable. Customer service and kindness matter, especially when children are involved. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store.

Marzel's 'up-sales' prescription compression garments. They change the order from an 'off the…read moreshelf' to a 'custom' garment, and do not get authorization from the physician who wrote the prescription. The custom item is several times more costly, and risks that insurance won't pay. They say that they will submit to insurance, e.g. Medicare, but fail submit correctly. Then, they say they cannot figure out how to follow up failed insurance claims. It took me nearly a year to get them to correctly submit a nearly $4000 garment claim. I had to call the dozens of times, and instruct them how to format the claim.

Also, it is great that half of the booths do not have glory holes in them allowing for more private play options without prying eyes. The one downside is the way the glory holes are cut into the wood. They are rough and I ended up with a cut on the bridge of my nose for about 4 days.
