She pulled the frames and from Zoom, she tried the frames on so I could see them on her. I could see them from all angles and it was a great way to actually see the frames. She studied the shape of my face, asked me some questions about what I liked and what I was looking for and together, we picked the frame for me. They arrived today And I Love Them!!!! This is really the way to go- I've tried on glasses with other online companies that "float" the glasses on your face- this service is so much better. It's like shopping for frames with your good friend that will give you an honest answer and advice. I have gotten great customer service after the session and I can't recommend Dayana ad Hip Optical highly enough. Great company, great folks.

My prescription for glasses is very high, so I needed a frame that would help hide the thickness of the lenses & support the thick lenses as well. Two employees picked out a few frames that they felt would work well with my high prescription and then gave their input about which looked best. They made the process so easy! I had questions about the materials they would use to make my lenses & some additional features I wanted to add to the lenses, and they were able to ask the optician directly, which was great. This was SO much better than other places that ship the frames to large optical labs, then ship them back when done. The opticians who create the lenses are on-site at Clearsight and it only took about 5 days to get my glasses vs. over 2 weeks at other places that ship the frames to the big optical labs. The glasses were crafted perfectly and I can't thank everyone who helped me enough, especially the optician who made the lenses. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had when getting new frames & lenses!
