What she got was dollar-store garbage with a boutique price tag. When she returned to the store with the towels and her receipt, she was told that their policy doesn't allow returns on used items--which she totally understands. But how else is she supposed to know how a product holds up if she doesn't use and wash it? These towels were clearly faulty and poorly made. Trying to be reasonable, she even offered to take a store credit instead of a refund because she understood the limitations of their policy. But the manager was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, making no effort to stand behind their products or find a solution. She asked to speak with the owner, and while her name and number were taken, it's now been three weeks with no follow-up whatsoever. Bottom line: don't waste your money here. The products are garbage, the customer service is worse, and they clearly have no interest in retaining customers. Plenty of better places to shop in Pompano Beach--this is not one of them.

I needed help heat molding my new figure skates and having the blade set properly to the boot. All three staff members that I worked with at the store were super helpful and provided me great guidance. Even though they are a hockey store, they can provide some assistance to people with figure skates. As there aren't a lot of figure skating shops in South Florida, I was very appreciative to know that they could do heat molding and can help sharpen blades in the future. The store is quite large and appears to have a lot of hockey related gear. It's bright and very clean. I witnessed one of the staff members helping a young boy try hockey skates out and, she was very knowledgeable and patient with the family.
