Most nails techs ignore you and don't care to know if you like your nails or not, those are the ones that are just working for the paycheck. I've been here a couple of times and it was ok. Just another run of the mill Viet nail salon. Pedicures are fine. Nothing to write home about. I got my nails done last night and I'm pretty disappointed. I came in for a mani and gel full set. What I got was a full set french tip acrylic. I should have paid only $35 & they charged me $45. Fine, whatever. I just wanted to get out because my nail was aching. The girl used the drill on my nails but she drilled so much on one of my fingers that it was swollen and bleeding a bit by the time I left. I don't recommend this place. They aren't very sanitary (using files and such that they used on others), they abuse your nails, and the girl was giving me disapproving glares when I told her she was hurting me! I was bleeding! I had my nails done by Angel. She is a very talented nail tech and she's very caring and considerate! She's also detail oriented and asks questions throughout the process to make sure your nails are exactly the way you want - do you want thick acrylic or thin, what shape do you want them filed into, etc. After each step, she asked if the shape, length, thickness were okay - it's nice that she opened up the conversation to allow me to say if I wanted something different or if she could fix anything. There's nothing worse than walking out of the salon feeling unhappy with your nails, but you won't feel that way here! I wanted something natural looking and beautiful, but my nails are short and thin, so I got a full acrylic set with clear tips glued on and light pink powder on the whole nail. You don't have to fight with the frye' grocery store customers for parking! Everyone is friendly. Only one other customer was there, but my acrylic nails were done hastily in a hurry. Two of my fingers were bleeding from using the tool in a hurry. My nails were not dry and I was rushed out, causing them to smear on the way home. They charge 10$ extra to add a gel coat,& 5$dollars to change the nail shape, so if you want almond, coffin, stiletto etc. Prepare to pay more. Very expensive for poor work. read more

I would give 4 stars if the tech wasn't so brutal on my nails! I had to remind her at times just how much it hurt but, she said I had to much cuticles and it had to be pushed back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a gel pedicure and a full set done by Lena. She was nice but the quality of work on my nails was not. I payed 76.00 for my pedicure and full set which was not worth it. It has been exactly two weeks since I had my nails done one nail popped off when I was simply scratching my face, I have one nail that lifted and cracked, and now today I have another nail lifting. So two weeks later 1 nail came off and 2 nails halfway off. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had my nails come off . With good quality work you can go a month without lifting. My rhinestones I got also started coming off after the first week. Also when Lena was doing my nails she cut my finger with the nail machine which hurt really bad and caused it to bleed. This is the first review I have ever left for a company and I do not believe they should charge people so much for poor work. If my full set was $20.00 then okay but I payed $46.00 for my nails and they didn't even last a whole week :( . read more

I have been going to these guys for probably close to a year. Lena does a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. She does all kinds of glitter tips. She also does lashes. She offers 2 different kinds and does a great job for a good price. They have a variety of nail colors as well as glitter powders. They just remodeled in late Oct 2012. New pedi chairs and such. been here multiple times and it seems all they know is acrylics with no designs or creative style you want that or even a little something 5 bucks 10 bucks extra? everything extra... Nickle and dime you to get things that are included elsewhere..... Pedicures are great and well worth it but they know nothing about actually helping and treating your real nails underneath so they are still healthy...They will chop them down shave the crap out of them with the dremmel till you have pretty much nothing left and are stuck coming back over and over just to hide the mess and damage...... They do not use the foil stickers and sculpt nails with gel and if they do its a rare sight indeed.... just acrylics acrylic powder for everything fake tips never seen silk wraps Ever and you have to fight with them from pushing you into getting things you completely don't want..... or don't want to pay extra for..... why??? I can't figure it out they have enough people and clients. and for the woman's picture who has awesome purple glitter nails that look very intricate and fun id love to know how much they charged you for them those are the kind of nails and designs i want i guarantee you paid a lot extra for them =( i'm going to the polish room from now on for sure .... read more
