Over my last two appointments, I was charged incorrectly--once for a design I did not receive, and another time when the nail technician took it upon herself to add an unrequested extra color. Furthermore, the staff frequently speaks in another language to gossip about clients during appointments. Customer service requires respect, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

They asked why I left and it's was because I'm on a time crunch cause I have to get back home to my toddler. PHOTOS : Evidence of what I'm talking about is on every nail you can see the entire structure of the previous nail and where the white parts or the darker spots are instead of being pink, that's the glue or trapped h2o/products. If I could give this place no stars I would. I went there August 20th at 12 pm. I wanted a nice relaxing time and the lady who did my nails was horrible. Kept filing them to nubs and when I pulled away she wouldn't stop. Doused my hands in nail polish remover at the end and was very rough. Now I thought the man doing my pedicures was okay but the picture with black nail polish is 2 days after and now almost 2 months later, STILL INFECTED. I've tried everything from doctors antibiotics to soaking to cream to gel, NOTHING is working. Not only did I pay 100$ for my nails and pedicure, the lady demanded I paid cash and then didn't give me a receipt and now I am paying 60$ for antibiotics for an infected toe they gave me. I am disgusted and I am stressed that I've had an infected toe, not allowing me to work to my full ability for a month and a half. read more

First off the shop is clean and the ladies were really sweet (this is why I gave one extra star) but I am Disappointed!! I had a gel manicure which normally last two weeks and it only lasted maybe 1 hour. Went back the same day for them to repair two nails. After they examined my other nails they said I was good to go and there should be no chipping. The next day two more are chipping off. I am now in Florida and have to spend another $35.00 - $40.00 to have them redone before heading out for a cruise. Gel nails should withstand me packing a carry on bag or fishing through my purse without chipping. read more

If anyone is looking for a good place for an excellent manicure or pedicure (they also do eyebrow waxing at a very reasonable price) , I would recommend Love Kim's Nails in the Northwest Valley (near Arrowhead Mall area). I use Tracy the most however when she's super busy, I've also had Adam and Holly do both manicure/pedicures for me. They truly listen to what you want (square or round shape, long or short). Their new pedi chairs are really nice and comfortable. Very clean and a perfect place for pampering. I love the designs that Tracy creates. I've never had anybody be even remotely rude contrary to what some other reviewers have said, but also I'm not somebody that expects to have my butt kissed when I go in for salon service. They are always able to squeeze me in last minute which is kind of how I roll with nails so I appreciate it. This time I went for a galaxy ombré SNS mani that turned out amazing and Adam, my artist, encouraged me to post a review so I did. I chose powder colors 156 and 64 to achieve this look. I stopped going here around 2017 but at the beginning of January I decided to give it another try since I was in need of a gel manicure The place definitely got got a face lift and it looks so much better inside overall. I had made an appointment for a Saturday morning and was seated right when I walked in, no waiting! Everyone was really friendly and they tons of colors for gel, SNS, and regular polish to chose from. My nail tech did talk me into SNS powder and I was a little hesitant at first but she promised I would like it more than gel..and she was right! My nails grew like crazy in the two weeks between appointments! My second appointment, yesterday, was just as great. The techs were so friendly and even remembered me from the last time! The process of removing the SNS powder from the last set was so easy and didnt irritate my nails at all! I'm in love with dip powder and the new techs and management Love Kim has! My only advice is to bring in a reward system/point card! read more

Everyone was so friendly and all asked how I was doing. My nail lady (I forgot her name) was so sweet and kept telling me I'm the boss to make sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted. I haven't done a pink and white full set before so her making sure they were to my liking definitely kept my nerves down.
