The cigar dude listened, then recommended a brand because it has been around a long time and was therefore likely something my uncle had sampled before. I'd have been open to buying some fancy Cuban stick, but he recommended something quite reasonable (under $10) and I liked the idea behind it. Picked up three total so my parents can do both options or share with anyone who expresses an interest. I've enjoyed attentive, knowledgeable customer service on both my visits and will return for any smoking needs in my future.

Top that off with discounted gas at the pumps and a a swirl yogurt cup, and this is one of three places during my San Marcos trip yesterday that made me happy.
