I had a video consultation with Jeannie who was lovely as she talked me through my options. Then, for my "trial" I had Leo who did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. This young girl ruined my eyebrows. She rushed and I was done in record time but the results were NOT worth it. She Butchered one of them, left hair and a gaping whole with a cut!! I didn't realize I was bleeding til I got home !!!! They don't even match now!!! I have thick eyebrows so much to work with! Now they are thin and I need to pencil them because she RUINED THEM!! And I just wanted a touch up. She ruined my shape and I need the owner to contact me because this is absolutely horrible ! I stayed and got a face wax, which was wildly expensive, considering their website listed another price... They do a good job at waxing and the threading. But they need to update their prices on their website and have more estheticians available.
