I was also told they don't guarantee hair color and asked how long it has been. Once I informed the lady it was 3 week after she then said they only guarantee for 2 weeks. Don't understand how the story changed once I said how long it was. Then she continued to yell saying I got what I paid for and she isn't dealing with it then hung up one me. I attempted to call back and the manager refused to take my call and I was hung up on again. I will never go here again and am considering small claims court. I showed a photo and asked for a bouncy blowout, but the stylist kept insisting on using a curling iron, which I didn't want. She also kept commenting on my hair's length and thickness. By 11am she had another client waiting and my hair wasn't even halfway done, and it felt like things were rushed from that point on. I eventually just let her use the curling iron so I could leave. I've been to him a few times, but this time, when I tried telling him what was wrong with my cut, he insisted that he didn't want to cut anymore. I don't understand why stylists will show you how much they are going to cut from the length, have the client approve, then proceed to cut inches more.. The layers needed to be blended, instead of cutting more from the length. They were very busy, but letting a client leave looking like this is unacceptable. I've gone back to have him fix the layering in the past, but I can't get past him blowing off my concerns while I was sitting in his chair. I shouldn't have to make 2 appointments to get a decent haircut.
