I really like Wilcox because they send her medications with shipping included in their fees and I get far more doses at a similar price to what I was paying previously. I also think the transdermal compound itself is of a higher quality than what I was getting based on the feel of the gel. Wilcox customer service is excellent and quite friendly. If I did not use a family-run mail-in pharmacy for my own Rx that can be filled in my parent's state, I would probably switch those, too. I am thrilled to have a high quality pharmacy in-state that I can use for my cat's needs.

The shop owner responded by asking how I was, I said upset now, and she replied how she can help me. How can you help me? Yes, after being spooked by your dog the first thing I'm thinking about is buying something from you. I moved past this and tried to pickout an item anways. While looking at items the lady was kind of short with me. She would answer some new questions I had by continuing to answer my last question, like she wasn't listening or something. I had to repeat I had made a selection a few times before she stopped answering my second to last question and went to ring it up. Once I paid she seemed fine, like nothing just happened that was weird at all. On my way home I realized I didn't buy the right item and my friend called asking about a refund since I was driving. The same lady who sold me the item answered the phone, explained to my friend they only did store credit, and seemed happy or even excited when my friend expressed being disappointed with her response. It really upset my friend. To me it feels like the lady who owns the place only cares about making a profit and doesn't care much about her customers since the only neutral or even positive interaction my friend and I experienced was immediately after she made the initial sale. IDEK what all that was about but there's no way I'm visiting this store again.

All the glass is blown on site and easily the best shop around. I've been to fire on the mountain and this place really blows it out of the water. They also have electric cigarettes and flavored liquid for it. Greatest part of all when you walk in you feel like you are at home with Buddy and Bootsie the cats greeting you on your way in! Make sure you bring them some treats!
