Wonderful atmosphere however my industrial was pierced incorrectly and caused extreme discomfort. I did not snag it or cause it to be so irritated however it was. i replaced it with two separate barbells at home since it would never heal together. read more

Every aspect of my experience from the phone call to schedule my piercing to the post piercing check in was so comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly. It is rare these days to be treated with such exuberant greetings and genuine interest in the customer in the service industry. The owner does all of the piercings himself and pays a great deal of attention to hygiene with his instruments. He made sure I was comfortable with each step before he performed it and was constantly checking in to make sure I was ok. It turned out that he only needed to re open my ear piercings which ended up only costing me 20 bucks! It is not only clean, the atmosphere is pleasant. Jennifer was very friendly and made my appointment and I went back to see Brian. Exotix is the best place in the area to go and get pierced! Jen is always super helpful with helping me pick out jewelry for my piercings, and Brian is great at making you feel calm about the whole process! The only complaint I have is that I have a healed nose piercing, and I bought a nose stud there which Brian put in. However, it was bent in the wrong place for my nose size and caused me great discomfort and bleeding. I'm sure this was just a mistake that was made, but never be afraid to speak up if something doesn't feel right! read more

I had a really great experience at Exotix. I haven't gotten anything pierced since I was a pre-teen and went to the mall. I got a second piercing in both lobes there a few weeks ago. Went in without an appointment and only waited a few minutes. Very friendly front staff and very clean shop. He explained everything the whole way, it was clean, pain-free and took less than 5 minutes. But he was prepared to wait as long as I needed if I was woozy or getting more painful piercings. Good selection, they will put any color bead in that you want and told me I could come back and exchange them or get a new one if lost for free. I would highly recommend this place! read more
