If I could give this place negative stars, I would definitely give them more than -5. Jorge, yes, inept and incapable of doing his job. I have been doing business with their older family members and no problem until I got this idiot. The IRS had added my father's income to my tax return because we have the same name. When I called in to ask why this happened and even sent them an email with a copy of the letter I received, Jorge's negligent self simply told me " this is not a bill. There's no need to do anything. Guess what?! The IRS now is charging me over $4000 along with a $700 penalty fee for not responding to this soon enough. I guess if you are not paying these people, they clearly don't give a damn about their customers. Very negligent and unprofessional. read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND If I could give negative 4400 stars I would well that's how much I owe to the irs and state for them forgetting to add one of w2s I am a low income person and I cannot afford to owe all this money. When I called they didn't care and then offered to charge me for them to fix and do a refund. Now I'm stuck with 4400 to pay all because they forgot to do what their whole job revolved around. Moses was nice in the beginning when he was helping do my taxes but once I knew I would get a bigger return with my usual tax person, he charge me for the $40 for the estimate when it only took 10mins. I recommend H&R block instead of this location, before going here go to H&R and there estimate are free.. read more

Moses is extremely helpful with your taxes and always does an outstanding job every year, not to mention he's very nice and personable. A friend of mine directed me where to go to have my taxes done since I had a change in my year and I didn't want to screw it up since the last two years I was using turbo tax. Just wanted to get it right this year and not have to pay. I met Socorro and Moses (married couple) that work together and made me feel comfortable of what I needed to do and what not to do on my taxes, they even mentioned a credit, small credit that was overlooked last year that they would be happy to assist with if I choose to request a minor refund, for what I may get back I doubt I would, a bit of a hassle in getting a few bucks back owed from Uncle Sam, that's fine, they can keep that amount for someones breakfast bagel. Anyways, they worked fast and I was out the door less then 30 minutes. It took me more time to look up information but that was my fault for going empty handed. If you need to do your taxes try these people out, they get you the best return you are entitled to get back. Plenty of lot parking as well, I believe there is a pizza man a few doors down just in case you feel like a bite while your taxes are being done or waiting to be called. read more
