I went in on Super Bowl Sunday for my first time there. I went in, and put my name down. A couple of moments later, the front desk person asked me who I would like to be helped by and I mentioned it was my first time so I didn't choose anyone in particular. Note: there were about 15 customers who had already been helped and they ALL but one asked to be helped by Maria. About ten minutes later, a woman came towards my direction and presented herself as Maria. After getting to know my girlfriend and myself for a bit, she mentioned she has been doing taxes since she was very young and I could tell right away that she had a lot of knowledge. Came in today after reading the reviews posted. And we were not disappointed. Mona made sure we were welcomed. She was fast, efficient, professional, and courteous. Explained our situation, advised us on how we can do things differently. There was no wait time for us. But we must of caught them at a slow time. I suggest calling first just to make sure. This place deserves zero stars, seriously! This place is so disorganized and unprofessional. They seriously think they are the IRS , they require too many proofs of EVERYTHING, the only thing they are missing to ask is for blood samples. Maybe they require so much since they been audited in the past so now they request all this non-sense paperwork, they are NOT the IRS. Not only they are unprofessional but the lady in the front is so unfriendly and rude she must hate her job. I went there on a recommendation and it was such a waste of my time since I refuse to continue with the paperwork and walked out, the ollady Maria never apologized nor was sorry to make me wait three hours. She requested birth certificates, all SS cards, proof of all deductions and this is including receipt college expenses which I presented the W-form from the college and that wasn't sufficient. This place is dumb and unprofessional, how are they still in business?!?! If you call let them know you are a first timer so the lady in the front can tell you what you need to bring and not wait three hours of your time for nothing. and FYI, you DO NOT need to provide birth certificate nor receipts if you are already have the W forms, don't get fooled just because they have a license to file. They are not very well informed, and they lie. You only need to provide this info if the IRS contacts you vial mail they are the ones to report if they need proof, not some wanna be IRS lady. I don't understand all these positive reviews, they must be from all Family of theirs. Its a cover up people!!!! read more

Tax prepare are very kind educated , but clerk ISN'T signed up at at 4pm was waiting only one person ahead of me was in the lobby after 5pm a gentleman signs in and is called first she totally skipped me right in my face I brought it up to her attention when she was totally AWARE and all she said was well the other consultant is almost done like REALLY ?
