We requested a couple of quotes and after a solid recommendation from a local building contractor, we selected Air-Care Solutions in Bandera. Tim, the owner, took the time to check out our predicament on the weekend no less, made an assessment of our home's capacity and our needs. We received a competively priced and comprehensive quote for the replacement of the complete system, inside and out, early Monday morning. The new system was completely installed within 6 hours on the following Thursday by Tim and his 3-man crew who were friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. The old system was hauled away. Sayonara! In conclusion, Air-Care Solutions carried out the replacement exactly in accordance with their quote, provided a 10 year manufacturer's warranty for parts and a 1 year labor warranty from Air-Care Solutions should anything go wrong. A tremendous job all round, furthermore the system works perfectly and thanks to Tim and his crew we beat the onslaught of summer! D'Spain was highly recommended by my neighbor who use them for a constant pressure pump and a deeper well head drop. Then another recommendation by my water softener company, BioTec, Parker. D'Spain promptly sent out Garrett, technician and he worked on the well and adjusted the increased the timing and said that would in one hour to re-test the adjustments. Some of the boxes had broken and were hanging out. He was the first one that I've talk to that knew how to fix them. Also all the outlets in our kitchen were shorted out but now they're up and running and looking great. They also installed an outside outlet and did some work on our circuitboard. His workers were very professional. They came on time, started quickly on the job and stayed till it was finished, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and kind. I don't recommend them. I called Thursday morning. They came out late Thursday afternoon to fix the…read moreair conditioner. It was low on Freon and it took him over two hours to find the leak. The leak was the Schrader valve. As common as that is, I would've thought he would've checked that first. But that's OK. My real complaint is that they didn't fix it until late Monday afternoon. All day Friday I called several times to get a quote on the repair. I could not get one. She was still waiting for an email back from the supplier on a part. Really?? You can't call them again. Apparently they sent me a bill for the first day that he was there and wanted that paid before they would come out and do the repair.. OK I get that. But at least send it to me. I don't know where they sent it, but I never got anything from them. She had an incorrect email down for me. I know when you send out an email and it doesn't go through it notifies you so she could've called. But didn't. I paid the bill immediately and it still took them till Monday late afternoon to get there to fix it. Thank goodness it was not in the middle of summer. I would never use them again.
