We requested a couple of quotes and after a solid recommendation from a local building contractor, we selected Air-Care Solutions in Bandera. Tim, the owner, took the time to check out our predicament on the weekend no less, made an assessment of our home's capacity and our needs. We received a competively priced and comprehensive quote for the replacement of the complete system, inside and out, early Monday morning. The new system was completely installed within 6 hours on the following Thursday by Tim and his 3-man crew who were friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. The old system was hauled away. Sayonara! In conclusion, Air-Care Solutions carried out the replacement exactly in accordance with their quote, provided a 10 year manufacturer's warranty for parts and a 1 year labor warranty from Air-Care Solutions should anything go wrong. A tremendous job all round, furthermore the system works perfectly and thanks to Tim and his crew we beat the onslaught of summer! D'Spain was highly recommended by my neighbor who use them for a constant pressure pump and a deeper well head drop. Then another recommendation by my water softener company, BioTec, Parker. D'Spain promptly sent out Garrett, technician and he worked on the well and adjusted the increased the timing and said that would in one hour to re-test the adjustments.
