I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend's experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone's goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! I would like to also recognize Justin in particular, who drove Leslie and Harvey to dinner and the show that evening. He was so incredibly kind and thoughtful with gifts and balloons and even stopped to get apple juice in between transfers because Harvey prefers that over fruit punch. He was so patient and helped Harvey get comfortable each time he drove them to a new location. He was just such a perfect continuation of the incredible service that Harvey received during his stay at the hotel. An additional thank you to the president of this amazing operation, Jorge Sanchez, for making it all happen as well. Harvey starts radiation next week and it's going to be a really tough, scary time for him and everyone surrounding him but he now has the absolute BEST memories that he can take with him to give him strength and make him smile. For that, we are eternally grateful as you all played a HUGE role in that. Thank you to the entire Hermes Worldwide Company does treating our family like your own! read more

Hermes came recommended by the banquet team at the Halcyon hotel. I am so glad we used them for our event. We used two different 24 pax shuttles for site tours and two SUV car services to airport. They didn't disappoint. William was one of our shuttle drivers and he was fantastic! He even gave us some history on the city. Ricardo was another and he was very nice and took care of all 16 of us. Everything was easy from booking to timeliness. Nice shuttles and clean cars. I highly recommend using them. read more

A bit late to this review, but greatly enjoyed working with Debra. I was a tour guide for a group while she drove the shuttle and she was professional, creative, and a lot of fun! The shuttle was also very clean and had wonderful amenities (the cooler with water bottles was a nice touch). My 1 star review is because they over charged without a heads up, we were billed extra for an hour of service we never used. When asked, their answer was: We charged 1 hour of total garage time on this trip. 30 minutes to the pick up location and 30 minutes back to our garage after the pick up. Garage time is something not only we charge our clients and affiliates but something we pay in all of the markets we send work to as well. Long story short, it was not in any contract, nor was it quoted. They just charge what they want. No they don't care if you call them again, they are the fastest growing company in Denver probably. Just a heads up when dealing with this team to know what your getting into! This was simply a ride from the airport and back that was almost $500. read more

My company rented a full size coach bus and it was immaculate. The seats were leather, and reclined a bit. They had tv screens, if you wanted to watch movies. The driver had a cooler full of water for us and was very professional and courteous, her name was Christy. I had left my jacket on the bus and she immediately caught it and gave it to a co worker. I thought I had lost my wallet and called the business and talked to Mike, he was nice enough to look up and down the bus for it, well turns out I had lost it in my vehicle, thank god, I found it, but I just wanted to say that everything about this company was professional and pleasant and I appreciate the effort to look for my belongings. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant experience for your transportation needs. read more

A Plus & Peace of Mind I was visiting Denver recently for the International Wine Festival. The event took place in Westminster, which is nine miles northwest of Denver and on the way to Boulder. It is about 35 minutes (without traffic) from the Denver Airport. I could have taken a taxi, Super Shuttle or an Uber but a fellow traveler recommended Hermes Worldwide. At first I thought of the famed Hermes Paris couture firm. I did some research and learned that the company was started in 2007 by former software architect Jorge Sanchez and his wife Rocio with the purchase of one car. Today there are 20 vehicles in their fleet including the ones that I used during my four day stay in the Denver area- Lincoln MKTs and MKZ Hybrids. I had two female and two males drivers who were impeccable outfitted with the cleanest cars I had ever seen. I had appointments in downtown Denver as well as a pickup and delivery back to the airport and decided to use only one company- Hermes Worldwide. It was a perfect choice. Yes, they are more expensive than a taxi but peace of mind is worth a lot to me. I received a text when the driver was outside baggage claim & again when they arrived at my hotel. When I finished my appointments one day an hour early and I called them they were there for me in a downtown Denver location. I don't know about Europe and Asia, but this company has the worst cars and drivers in the States. I tried their service (Mercedes S class) in LA and NY, both times was very disappointing. The cars are very old and have a disgusting musty odor. The drivers are really clueless, they don't even know all the functions of the car they drive. read more

My company is in Maryland, on July 24th, 2019 we were in the process of moving 60 military men who had to land in Baltimore for plane troubles and we were getting them to Dulles (D.C.) later that evening so they could get home to Colorado. I called and spoke with Adrienne Brown on July 23rd and she arranged two coach buses for me promptly with a time of what I thought would be 7:30 pm the next evening. In the course of 24 hours, times changed a few times and final result was it ended up that these men were split on three different flights with three different pick up times and a drop off of over an hour away at Fort Carson. Adrienne was so accommodating with switching the transportation times and also adding a third vehicle. I'm pretty sure she was actually off work that day or possibly on vacation and she still was so prompt with her responses and just so pleasant to work with. That evening, I had my app to keep track of the drivers and their locations so I didn't have to worry from states away. I even had to call dispatch once because I was confused on something and the lady that answered was friendly and helpful. All there drivers stayed in communication with me throughout each trip and were just amazing to keep our minds at ease. Side note: I called at least 10 other companies in the surrounding area before I got to Hermes. Every company that answered was short and rude. Was very surprised, especially when you are telling them you are moving military men coming home. read more
