She took the time for me to try the jackets on and knew what the length should be based on the type of jacket. I've been a couple different places where the people didn't know how things should look, only asking what I wanted and if that looked ok. I left two jackets with her to hem the sleaves. My jackets came back in a week and the sleeves were $25 each. They are perfect. The stitching is excellent, the fit is exactly how it should be and the jackets don't look hemmed. The sleeve cuffs are straight and look original. I'll be back here for all my alteration needs.

When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark.
