I called Modern Auto Service and Kevin (who comely and confidently said he would take care of my daughter) sent a tow truck, had a loaner car ready for her and was prepared to work on her car first thing the next morning get her on her way. The tow truck was very quick and she arrived at their shop 30 minutes after closing. One of their mechanics stayed late, found the problem quickly (spark plug wire was loose) and sent her on her way with no charge other than the tow. I had to contact them the next day, only to be told they needed another hour. Again, they were supposed to call, and again they didn't. The next afternoon I went back and they said they needed another hour. They had my truck for 2 days, never bothered to call me when they knew they needed more time, said they found a short, but they could find the main issue, so I told them I would take my truck elsewhere. Then they said I had to wait a half an hour before I could take my truck so they could finish their "process." As I was waiting, the owner called and was very rude and said I wouldn't find anywhere else in Weiser that could do a better job. They ended up charging me 300 dollars. I then took my truck to TNT, formerly Red's, The next morning he told me the problem with my truck was simply one bad battery was draining the other. It had zero shorts, and Wicked wrench had left my wench disconnected, one battery disconnected and my brake lights disconnected. Oh, and he only charged 100 dollars and actually figured out the issue. I 100% do not recommend Wicked Wrench.

When driving from Seattle to Boise today, I experienced a low tire pressure warning but by the time I pulled into the Les Schwab in Ontario it was nearly flat. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday but they jumped right in to help me out and I was back on the road 23 minutes later with the screw removed, and the flat fixed.
