This went on for about two weeks. I finally told them I wanted it back and after paying about $130 there was no improvement a wast of money I knew. But better than being sucked into their deception. I drove up to Les Schwab and got there at about 3 minutes till 6. The awesome men were more than happy to stay late and help me with my tire issue. Luckily it was just the valve stem had been damaged. They replaced it and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Now that is customer service. You guys rock. So now I need to contact the attorney general, the BBB. and FTC. Pretty sure they can't change anything but, if it gets one person to ask questions and have it looked at closely by a professional then I helped somebody.
