She, and her staff, have always been kind, courteous, and accommodating. Dr. Linda is very personable and knowledgeable. Her top priority is always me as a patient; she truly only recommends what is absolutely best for me. If I have any questions about lasik or vision therapy, she gives me a truthful recommendation based on my history and her industry experience. She clearly explains all parts of the exam, and genuinely cares about helping me. I've gone to them both with and without insurance in the past. They accept my current insurance and her staff makes sure I get the max out of my benefits; they even ship my contacts to me which is very convenient. You can buy your glasses there, but there's no pressure to do so. They offer nicer, designer brands so they'd understandably be pricier. It's the nature of the beast. Dr. Linda will write out a rx for my glasses, so I can get glasses elsewhere with ease. I don't dread going to the eye doctor because I know Dr. Linda is the best. Absolutely recommend!

I decided to take her to Riley for a second opinion, the Riley dr got her bad eye 20/20, also told us she absolutely doesn't have a lazy eye! We got a new prescription for her glasses. When I took them back into dr Wilson's office they refused to fix them. Dr Wilson said that he didn't want he seeing 20/20 and that he never once said she had a lazy eye! To say that we are mad and disappointed is an understatement! I have talked to the Riley dr and he said that it makes no since why he wouldn't want her seeing 20/20 except he was just trying to make more money off of us because he wanted us to come back every 4 weeks to "check" her lazy eye! I will NEVER take my kids back!

The office staff are professional and friendly and always prompt. Plus you are greeted by Boiler, the office lab! He will ask you to play ball with him and is great with kids. My annual visits are always smooth and there's a variety of frames to choose from in the office as well. Contacts are ordered there and can be shipped right to your house if you are ordering a large supply. Highly recommend Dr. Dininger if you are looking for an eye doctor on the south side and Greenwood/Franklin area.

Came here for an eye exam after realizing it had been prob ten years since I'd seen someone (oops)!…read more Fortunately i've been blessed with good vision so it wasn't urgent. I was able to conveniently make an appointment online with Dr. Elizabeth Newman. I arrived for my appointment and checked in with the friendly receptionist. I waited just a few minutes before I was called back, and a technician had me undergo a series of tests. The most interesting one was a machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye, including the blood vessels. Pretty cool! I was then taken to an exam room where I awaited Dr. Newman. She came in shortly and had me complete a few more tests,explaining what she was looking for as well as the results. I really enjoyed her manner: calm, thorough and professional yet extremely friendly. Fortunately, my vision was better than I had expected and I was then taken to the optical department to pick out a set of readglasses. The technician explained to me there was a promo which included certain frames which were discounted together with the eye exam. I was paying cash for this visit, so that was certainly welcome surprise. She helped me choose a fun style that complemented my hair and face. I was quite impressed by the value of the bundle! She was also kind enough to offer to send the finished glasses to a My Eyedr. office very close to my home so I could pick up and get them adjusted there. All in all, I had excellent service here and at a great value. Highly recommend Dr. Newman's services and this location.
