We had a party of 6 that came in and no wait! My pedicure was amazing. I had the signature pedicure which included a jello like substance in the tub at the beginning. My sister had the ultimate and she had a bath bomb pedicure. I had no idea was that was but it's mind blowing. They told me that they just remodeled. It's a beautiful salon! Over all we couldn't be any happier. Clean and great service. We will definitely be back. read more

Was very distracted the whole time. I went in with a picture in mind on the design I wanted and couldn't perform a simple lighting bolt on one of my nails. Nails are filed crooked and buffed them too much to where you can see through the BLACK paint/dip. Very unsatisfied with my visit. In my opinion wouldn't recommend Expert Nails and Spa. read more

First time here and it is a beautiful clean salon. The people are so friendly. Holly did my pedicure and she was wonderful. Cindy did my gel manicure and my brow wax and she was also awesome. They have tons of gel colors. This will now be my go to place. Try them out you will not be disappointed. Their prices are reasonable also. read more

I'd like to give this place more stars. My nails look great, and they had an amazing choice of gel colors. However, I was shocked when I was charged $40 for acrylic fills with gel polish! I'm from out of state, so maybe that's the going rate, but that's at least $10 more than what I pay. I asked about a pedicure with gel polish, and that was $45! That's the price I expect from a day spa, not a nail salon. read more

I went to The Expert nails for a pedicure 3 times, Id give them 4.5 star review-BUT visit # 4-barely a single star- such a snarky rude manicurist- Due to recent surgery didnt want to have cuticles clipped ( fear of infection-warned by surgeon) asked her to just push back cuticles she began to cut them! I stopped her politely and respectfully- but she CLEARLY WAS MAKING RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT ME TO 3-4 manicurists-you didnt need to speak the language to know- Really there are sooo many nail salons why the hell would I go where Im disrespected? read more

No wait today Nice young man did my pedicure. I opted for the royal. $40. Includes normal pedi things plus hot towel wrap on feet. Hot stone massage to legs, and lotion massage to legs and feet. You also get a beverage of your choice, including wine if you so desire. Very relaxing. The Pumice stone tickled, as usual. Four stars instead of five because the massage portion didn't include the heels, which always could use some attention. But all in all, another great experience here. read more

My friend and I went there yesterday for maincures. We asked for the $25 maincure and said no gel. The 2 manicurists told us to pick a gel color, again we said no gel, but they said this is where you pick color. So we did receive gel color and were charged $45. When I told them we didn't ask for that they said the other color won't stay on, you need gel. We paid the $45 and did get a great manicure, but we were lied to about what we were getting and the price. I don't know if I will go back or not. If I do, I will certainly make it clear up front how much I will pay. read more

My sister was visiting from out of town and wanted to get her nails done so we went here. This was both of our first time at this salon. When we walked in my sister told them she wanted a manicure with powder and I told them I wanted a pedicure and then manicure with powder as well. We both got immediately seated. The lady doing my sisters nails just started painting them she didn't start a manicure so my sister stopped her and asked "are you not going to do a manicure?" The lady stopped and acted so confused but I think it's because the gentlemen we told didn't communicate that to her. I enjoyed my pedicure the lady was very gentle especially because I get ingrown toenails. Well midway through my pedicure another associate came over and asked if I wanted my nails done which I told her "yes" "I want French done with powder." She busted out a pillow and put it on my lap to do my nails while the other lady was still doing my pedicure. I asked her "you're going to do a manicure too right?" Needless to say the whole time we were in there I don't think I heard any associate make conversation with their customers and the young female I had doing my manicure sighed a lot and rolled her eyes a lot. She was man handling me every time she would reach for my hand and then when she was massaging my arm she was digging really hard. She also ended up cutting one of my fingers and didn't even try to apologize and then when she sprayed alcohol on them and I made a face like it stung she looked at me and rolled her eyes. My sister said she told her associate in the beginning that she cut her finger with a knife while doing the dishes so to be gentle with that finger which the lady totally disregarded and she ended up cutting two of my sisters cuticles and not apologizing. My sister and I are both satisfied with the way our nails turned out but the customer service was horrible. Also I paid $99 for my manicure and pedicure and my sister paid $56 for her manicure we both felt like there was lack of communication on pricing and that it was pretty steep for a nail salon. Still debating if I will go back to this salon or not... read more
