We walked in for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. We were seated immediately and treated kindly. The ladies were very nice and helped us get taken care of. It's a calm environment with chill vibes. Would love if they didn't have Fox News on, though. Yuck!! Edit now that I've talked it over with the group: Their menu was also not very clear with what you'd get and the consistency between it. Make sure you get the price up front before you begin the service. I was quoted $12 for a polish change on my toes and $60 for a Elise manicure with gel polish. When I was getting the manicure she tried to skip services like the mask and massage that came with the service. Then when I checked out the polish change was $30, plus a $15 upcharge for the cateye polish. They also charged an additional $15 on my nails. So, I paid $35 for polish just on my nails alone. When I tried to get a breakdown of the services and an explanation of such a disparity, the language barrier was too great. I have tried this salon in the past and was pleased. However, the last few times we have been they have gone down GREATLY. I will NOT be returning after this last visit. I feel completely ripped off. read more

I had a friends' wedding last weekend and planned lots of time to get ready, but EVERYTHING went wrong that day! I was on a major time crunch and needed my nails done. I probably looked like a lunatic as I came in practically in tears asking for the fastest nail job they could make look good. The girl at the front was SO sweet, called over 2 other techs, and they looked at pics of my dress and helped me pick the best nail design that would look great. Definitely won't be coming here again. I came in and was going to get a full set of dip nails. She definitely seemed in a hurry and didn't say a word other than to show me the nail book. I went to drill off the gel of my nail, and I told her that I could feel the drill getting hot on my nail! She didn't say anything. I immediately removed my hand saw, and my nail bed was red! Not good. I never get this done and it's so frustrating to spend the money and feel like you are just an annoyance and get rushed through the process. First, let me say I'm more particular about my feet than I am about my nails. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure here. She clean my toe nail beds very thoroughly which I appreciate and took time with my whole pedicure (I've been rushed before). My nails came out to my liking as well and I actually was going in for a regular manicure & ended up getting dipping powder per recommendation and I was happy with the outcome. Service was good, prices were steeper than I expected. And yes I looked at them before I sat down so there was no surprise after service. read more

I do like this little nail salon, it's clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a bit pricey (but everything is nowadays) but seems worth it for what you are getting and I find that fair, especially with pedicures. I will say that it can be hit or miss when it comes to nail technicians. I've had great experiences with some and mediocre with others. Regardless, the pedicures I've had done always look good so I can't really complain. read more

Be careful with pricing!! I had acrylic- 3 broken nails. A full set costs $45.. a fill is ~$35. my fill with 3 broken nails was $55.. because "$5 for shaping, $5 for long nails, $10 for the broken nails (usually $5 per nail) .. doesn't add up to me. My nails were already the shape I wanted and she asked me if I liked the length and I said a little shorter which she filed down a little.. both those things they charged me $5 for each? Plus.. my nails aren't even long? Guess I should've gotten a full set. Other than that she did a great job and the pedicure was good. Just be aware they'll charge you for every little thing so make sure to communicate with your nail tech as they do your nails. read more

Not only did it take almost 2 hours to put tips and dip, The filing was so terrible she was constantly making me bleed and hurting me, I pulled away several times. Didn't ask price before scheduling a pedicure, so shame on me. But $55 is more than any good place I've been except for one that uses brass bowls and aroma therapy along with natural polishes and did a great job exfoliating. Got nothing like that at Elisa - just a good leg rub. read more

I went to get a pedicure here and everything except the nail painting was ok. After the lady finished painting my nails she said wait 5 minutes. 1 minute later she comes back and sprays hair spray on them and starts trying to put my sandals on my feet while I'm saying they aren't dry yet. She ended up smearing the polish on several toes and when I asked if she was going to fix them she said no you can go. She also left nail polish on the skin around the nails. I wish I hadn't tipped her $30 in cash before she smeared the toes, you'd think that would allow me the 5 minutes it takes for the nails to dry. They weren't even busy and needing my chair. There were to employees taking naps in the chairs on the other side. read more
