We came here to get pedicures before our "Happily Ever After" party. The staff offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which was a nice touch. The pedicures took about an hour, but unfortunately the results were disappointing. They didn't smooth out the bottoms or sides of our feet at all, so I left with the same roughness I walked in with--which has never happened to me before. One of the toes was already messed up before we even left. Overall, I'd give the pedicure a 3 out of 5. With so many nail salons around, this just isn't one we'll be returning to. read more

Came in real quick for a basic pedicure. No appointment. Was able to get in asap. They were super nice offered drinks. The male I had was super nice and friendly and was laughing and joking. My callus were horrible and he did a great job fixing the and helping them out. Also he was nice and got me a pillow to put my hands on while using my phone to make it easier. Didn't really feel welcomed. I had to go to HEB so I stayed. I've been before and my tech did a great job. A lady raged out on one of the techs for getting mad that she said she didn't like the shape of her nails and made quite a scene demanding her nails be taken off she didn't want the service because the tech was rude to her. There is an overall feeling of the employees not wanting to be there is the energy I felt. My service was decent but the prices are insane. They charge you for shape, length and for putting a tip on. They charged me $5 for long nails and my nails were literally so short not sure they could be shorter. I didn't complain I paid. I tipped and I won't go back. read more

Was a horrible experience the person doing our pedicures never ever spoke to us spoke to each other the entire time the water in the pedicure tub was cold, which I told them they did not do anything about it. The hot rocks were cold. The towels were cold and when we ask, they just ignore what we were saying we did not get a massage and the polish on my daughters isn't even covering the entire toe. They were very, very rude and we're un concerned if we were pleased at all we paid 50 bucks apiece. We will not be back. read more

I witnessed him being rude to multiple customers and then he got angry and started screaming at one of his employees. I've gone to Deluxe many times. Not long ago, I left with a bleeding toe as the nail tech ran a hard scrubber over the end of it. I became worried, as I had pain in the toe for a week, in addition to multiple times of break-open bleeding. Once it healed, I decided to go back and just make sure I didn't get that tech. As fate would have it, that's the tech I got. I told her about the pain I had endured and she said she was sorry and we discussed how the pedi would be done. I left with an unsatisfactory pedi. The next time, I went in for nails to be filled. The man did an excellent job, so I went back again. This time, a different man hurt me twice, both times with the Dremel. When I yanked my hand, he laughed and said Oh, it's not too painful! I was taken aback, to say the least! The second time, he laughed again. I will never return. read more

Quality and customer service are terrible. I was just there 4 days ago and wondered why my nails and toes were a different shade of pink... not a big deal until today when I broke a nail, went in for them to fix, told them color #10 and it didn't match my nails. Two ladies acted like it was my fault that I told them the wrong #. The shade did match my toes, so I guess they did a different shade on nails. They proceeded to speak loudly at me implying that it was my fault and didn't want to help me until I said I would just have it fixed at another salon. I kind of felt the same as someone else said in their review. Front desk guy was not super welcoming and would not smile. Customer service was lacking. I wouldnt have written a review but my nails and toes were $100. Very Short nails, no added tips and no cutting down...pink and white dip. I got the least expensive pedicure ($30) w gel polish. I was expecting around $80. I was kind of taken aback because the quality of my fingernail's was not good. I can see through the pink and see the dip from before. Worst pedicure of my life. Lynn didn't scrub my feet or put ANY lotion at all. I have never gotten a pedicure to where they don't put lotion on. She kept pushing me to get chrome on my polish, so i agreed. At checkout, i saw they charged me $15 for it. That was not mentioned beforehand. She made a comment about the hair on my legs and even pointed it out to her regular next to me. So weird. I went to Deluxe to have my nails fixed after another place did them. They were an absolute disaster when I walked in but when I left I was blown away! The place was packed when I got there but I was greeted immediately and was able to discuss my issue. I waited no more than 5 minutes and was given a drink while the sweet lady got to work on my nails. They weren't able to save any of the previous work but didn't charge me to remove them and start over. The work was immaculate and the employees were very kind even though they were busy. As a bonus, they were able to do some pretty nails for my 10 year old daughter as well. 10/10 recommend. read more

I tried Deluxe twice and will not go back. Don filed my nails too short for dipped nails, then put my right thumb on crooked - I had him redo it and it STILL was short and crooked - you can see the top of my thumb above my nail!!! The pedicure wasn't at all worth $50 - my heels were still rough when I got home - I had to file them. I kept asking her to press a little harder on the bottom of my feet for my massage and she continued not to do it so... Poor service all the way around!!! read more

Asked for simple pedicure and added callous removal for additional fee. This guy tech was VERY rushed and unprofessional. Barely touched my callous and only used ONE coat of nail polish and my toes. Then quickly added top coat. The person checking me out did give me a one dollar discount! I've tried to like this place since it's convenient for me, but I'm DONE! Last visit I tried french tip nails.....it was a joke. I removed the polish the following day because it was just embarrassing. Also had a pedicure; the tech was very young and gave up trying to trim my toenails. I also don't like how they continuously try to upsell you. My daughter paid $80 to get her nails done. They looked terrible because they were rough and bumpy. So we nicely asked them to fix them by just buffing them again to make them a little smother. They were so rude and rough. In the end they looked nice but I feel like customer service could be improved. Alex took care of me pretty quickly (no pain during my acrylic removal), and provided quality service. Prices are reasonable and service was great. If I could give it a 0 I would, but I can't so I give it a 1. The work was lazy with only offering dip for acrylics which is unsanitary. Acrylics themselves cost $43 that is without shaping and color. In short my acrylics that were short, almond shape, and 1 color were $53, I was also charged for "long" without being told. I have been to other places that $53 gets you long nails, shape, multiple colors, stickers, and rhinestones. It is outrageous that I had to pay over $50 for such a basic set. As well as, service was plain to say the least the nail tech didn't even say a word to, me she was rough and unwelcoming. read more
