Literally the WORST mani/pedi I've EVER had in my 49 years of life!!! I have NEVER had a pedicure where they DON'T massage FEET? That's the whole point!?! I could slap a crappy polish job on myself~ (see photos) not to mention I sat in the chair @ 307 and was done including polish by 325 & they charged me $40 When signing in I opted for a manicure as well~ granted I've never had one but I assume for $25 it should last longer than 10 minutes including the polish?? Maybe I'm wrong but again I could do a crappy polish myself~ hard to tell in the pictures but each nail has a different amount of polish on them~ so incredibly disappointed it's unreal. BOTTOM LINE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.... This place is awful~ now I'm off to let my daughter re-polish both my hands AND feet with my wallet $73.90 lighter Update~ it gets worse... My mom and I walked in at 9:55 and were getting pedicures by 10am. They were busy but efficient and polite. The regular pedicure includes a sugar scrub, mud mask and hot towels. It was relaxing and enjoyable. They offer other types of pedicures as well as multiple polishes. There was a steady flow of customers while we were there. It's conveniently located with a large parking lot. We were in and out in under an hour. Even though we got the same pedicure, there were some differences like my mom had lotion and I didn't. So there doesn't seem to be a standard that all the technicians follow. It wasn't the worst pedicure I've had but definitely not the best. read more

They do great every time! My acrylics will last up to 3 weeks until I need a fill in or full set. I normally use a reference photo and they always get it spot on! I did snap one nail at work 2 days after getting them done and I walked right in no wait and got it fixed. read more

Visiting from nyc and desperately needed my nails done. Solin was my nail technician. Her attention to detail goes unmatched! I am very particular about my nails not looking too thick, having a smooth transition from my nail bed and the shape. Without me having to tell her to make the nails "ocd" perfect -- she just automatically did it. I honestly haven't had nails this perfect in years. I was happy to pay $65 for a full set and gel + the processing fee for not using cash. (POS systems charge when any type of card is swiped. I stopped by here to check if the shop takes in walk-in. They do, and I'm glad I did. I had my pedicure done, and it was a very good experience. The nail technician was very nice, super efficient to what shes's doing, and even spend extra time to give me foot massage since I'm wearing long pants and cannot do massage on my calves. The service and experience is 5/5. However, I have to do 4/5 due to me observing that the tools they used were not disposables. I assumed each tool will be sterilized after each use, but I saw all the tools not individually wrapped before each use. I will go back to this place again- price is right & the service I got is worth so worth what I paid for. read more

Stay away! Was quoted one price on the phone and walked away being charged an extra $10 more dollars and a $4.95 processing fee for using my credit card with no sign posted anywhere about the charge! AND, I got nothing extra! A simple mani and pedi! The worst part? The owner was condenscending and told me I should have known about the processing fee for the credit card and walked away from me when I told her there are no signs posted even about the prices for their services. Would give it a zero but one is the lowest. While there today getting my pre teens toenails repainted a woman came in who was very unhappy with how here nails turned out from a service last week. She discussed it with the mngr and was unhappy with the resolution and left. Afterwards the woman she talked to talked about her nonstop trying to justify the situation to the client she was working on. Very unprofessional....then when it was my turn to pay for my daughters color change it was $30 with gel polish...i was blown away..then when I paid with my debit card they without telling me charged me $1.80 processing fees. I did tip because the girl doing the service was nice so a polish change on a 12 yr old was like $38 and I had to listen to them talk about other customers....Skip this place!!! read more

These workers were absolutely so rude . I've gotten my nails done at multiple places , in multiple states and everyone was so nice and welcoming . No one greeted us when we walked in and when I the older male asked me a question I didn't know the answer and he started laughing and making fun of me for not knowing the answer which is absolutely unprofessional . I also called ahead went in signed in at 1:20 . Then sat and waited patiently for my nails to get done and finally I got called an hour later they started my nails and got up and stopped . Went in for a fill in today and am highly dissatisfied with the service I received. Long story short my nails were too thick, uneven, and the polish wasn't coated enough the first time the tech did the fill in, so we tried another time and the nails still turned out not good. I was charged $40 for a fill in (it's $45 for a full set) that was messed up once, no discount offered or anything. I wasted 2 hours of my day and $40 out of my wallet. I am finding a new nail salon. My gel manicure looks absolutely terrible. Nail polish is still on my skin, and a missing spot on one of my finger nails. After new management took over this place has went downhill fast. They are so dirty now and reuse all acetone which is so disgusting. They are so RUDE as well. They rush you Around and do a horrible job anymore. I had SNS done and half my nails weren't even covered fully with polish nor clear coat. I noticed it walked back in and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Always a crying baby in there for one of the employees. I'm shocked CPS hasn't been called due to the fact that this poor baby lays in a stroller all day inhaling fumes while the other shoves crackers in her mouth to hush her. This place is a joke. The lady did a good job on my nails but she cut 2 of my fingers numerous times and refused to give me any sort of discount or anything to make up for it, she just wiped off the blood and didn't seem to care that she did it. My nails look good I'd just rather not have scabs next to my newly done nails. I've came to the nail salon twice for sns. They did an awesome job, so I figured I would check it out for a pedicure an shellac. I called before an the lady told me 35 I said wow that's cheap an even repeated what I wanted an she said yes... came in got my pedicure an wanted white shellac. It took an hour an a half for just the pedi, then my shellac looked AWFUL, she had to get one of the other girls to help come "fix it" but nothing was fixed, so I shook it off as I wouldn't come back an went to pay an she told me 50 DOLLARS!????? I said I refused to pay that much because i was there for three hours an my toes looked terrible. She told me I had to because the boss wasn't there, I then told her to call her boss an it went straight to voicemail, ( probably wasn't even a real number) then told me she will take the shellac off my nails an I can pay for a pedi, so I said that's fine I won't pay 50 dollars for this an took me back to take off the polish an was laughing an actually hurting my toes doing it!
