She started to file them into a point and they were long. I had to stop her and tell her they were too long and I didn't want a point. Another woman came in for nails and then both staff members talked the entire time they were working on our nails. Completely unprofessional. My nails were ok when finished but the worst $120 experience at a nail salon. Never again.
