Stay away from these people. I made an appointment to install 2 Nests learning thermostats. The…read moreindividual that came to my house had no identifying clothing or badge. He came installed the thermostats, with the cables in the wrong position. The unit upstairs he did not even complete the setup on Nest because he supposedly had a conference call (who does that while taking care of a customer?) Did not leave a way to contact him if anything went wrong (everything went wrong). The house started getting extremely hot after he supposedly installed everything correctly (mind you cables were in the wrong position) The heater will come on when it was set to cooling. I called customer support (3 times), tried to call the supervisor or someone in charge and was not allowed to speak to them. They were supposed to come to my house as soon as possible (I was supposedly elevated to a priority since yesterday) still waiting. Someone was supposed to come at 10:00am and I got a text and an email he was not coming, to reschedule. This is how serious they take their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Now I will have to get an AC professional to make sure all is good in my house. I will be putting a dispute on my credit card and contacting the BBB.
