Had them come out to fix a property dispute and the owner of esaki's said they just rubber stamped…read morethat job an didn't actually have gps coordinates an they don't measure correctly an touch markers an survey flags on other properties without permission. One of their employees told me flat out that he's a felon for no reason. An called my wife's phone multiple times and left a message for a call back. To hitting on her while i'm there and their supposed to be working. They eye balled the property stakes an sprayed over it an on top my fence causing overspray to go on my dragster. My wife even called the owner of the company to report a unprofessional behavior by their employees an said he didn't believe her an said he wanted to speak with me.. he did speak with me an still didn't believe me even with photos, witnesses and video. And i have footage of the survey job that was not done correctly to the point where the "job" they supposedly completed. It doesn't match my deed or my surveys from my previous land survey when i bought the house. Their workers even stole mine on my property an used it as their own, messing up my survey i paid from someone else. He even was bold enough and told me to call the police about the issues with his employee inappropriately hit on my wife an called her phone leaving message to call back instead of taking accountability about his own workers and making things right. Wouldn't ever recommend them, if you wanna find out on your own.. say a prayer, goodluck!

Careless Work After Asbestos Removal -- Damaged My Renovated Home…read more I hired this company for asbestos removal. The ceiling removal and painting were done well, but everything else was handled with no care at all. My home was fully renovated before the project, and now I'm left with damages everywhere. The walls near the ceiling were scratched, and they tried to cover it up with paint that's a different shade of white, which made it even more noticeable. My door is chipped, and they stapled into my wood floors without removing the staples. The bathtub coating is peeling and chipped in multiple spots (see photos). It was in perfect condition before, so it's clear they didn't protect the area during the work. I've already spent 6 hours just touching up the walls, and I still haven't even started fixing the bathtub damage. For a company dealing with something as sensitive as asbestos, I expected professionalism and care -- instead, I'm left with frustration and extra work. I would only recommend this company if you don't care about anything else except the one thing you hired them for. Otherwise, be prepared to spend your own time fixing the mess they leave behind.

Got the inspection done right after that. Then got the mold mediation done soon after that. I was able to text him my concerns and thoughts, and he was able to reply back each time. He is very knowledgeable, and his inspection was very thorough. I appreciate how thoughtful he was on the day of the remediation; he know there were pets in my house, and my kids still sleeping (next to our bathroom with the mold issue). We will definitely remember to call Alan for future mold issues (hopefully not), but we will definitely refer him to all friends and family.
