Prices here are cheaper for full hand wash/wax detail (they do not run it through a car wash), which is what I got this morning and the car came out looking great.

I'm completely devastated since this is a new car. Only 4 months old. Most likely I would need to get my car rebalanced again with new replacement wheel weights.They did their best at cleaning my car but I also did notice a scratch on the hood along with my wheel weights destroyed by the person operating the pressure washer. They need to be more mindful of that knowing that rims can house delicate wheel weights within them. These are just a few of the photos I took but I'll be showing them the damage in person.

They did a fantastic job on the car as they always do, but if it's going to be a 2 hour+ wait every time now idk if I'll be back. They also raised the price from $20 to $25 for a basic car wash for an SUV. There was also so many people at one point waiting that some people had to stand as there wasn't enough chairs.
