Rising Tide Car Wash is our car detailing spot. We enjoy going there regularly. The other week, for Valentine's Day, we planned a trip up coast to Jupiter & Hobe Sound. My husband surprised me by getting our car detailed (wash n' wax & inside TLC) there the day before we left (5 for him too!). I departed work on Friday to step into a fresh, squeaky-clean car! Save time, have a clean car and buy a monthly membership because it's well worth it. If you don't want a monthly membership, you can pay per wash. I love this car wash. I go weekly but if you have the membership for around $31, like I do, you can go everyday. It's super quick and efficient. Tire shine is incredible. So no need to get the hose and vacuum out at home anymore and waste my time. There are plenty of vacuums that are included with the wash price. Inside detailing is available for a fee if needed. Great service always. Very detailed interior cleaning for the cost. I've been coming here for years. Better the any other car wash that I've tried in broward. They always pull the floor mats and clean them, even wash them if made of rubber. They wipe down all interior service area, door james, etc. windows perfectly cleaned. I don't expect perfection but it's nearly perfect every time. In my opinion, if you want it any better than this, you're either going to pay a lot more for a skilled detailer, or you're cleaning it yourself. read more

The location is fantastic. If you go later on at night, there won't be a wait. If you also go in the morning, there won't be a way. I love how my tires look. The service is pretty great and the guys are very friendly. The wash takes about 90 seconds and I can tell you my tires always look so shiny and pretty. You definitely get good value. Yikes!! Purchased the membership a few days ago and didn't quite realize how it worked. We were just told it pays for itself with 2 washes/month. Showed up today with different vehicle, not realizing the membership was for the specific vehicle. Guy working the entry was incredibly rude about this mistake. He said he didn't mean to be rude but had other customers to help. This was literally after just telling us that it didn't recognize our license plate. We left. Cancelling membership and taking business elsewhere. As far as the quality of the actual service from a few days ago, wash was ok. There were a few areas inside that hadn't been touched. The inside detail is more of a "dusting" at best. I do not recommend this place if you want an actual clean vehicle. I got the most expensive services because my car NEEDED some TLC, I wish I didn't go here. $39 for incomplete service - the wax is stuck in little balls on my car and the inside which I paid extra to get detailed is a mess... I am very upset and disappointed. They didn't let me know when the car was done. I think they scratched the paint while trying to buffer it. I'm a broke college student and this was supposed to be a treat for myself- so I feel better having people in my car and driving but instead I'm left broke and sad. I would go to this carwash on a regular basis but no more They have decided to penalize you and make you wait in lines 10-15 cars long if you don't have a membership some of us don't want a membership or on a fixed income and really can't afford that extra monthly cost. I do like this car wash. Pricey but it is long car wash that pulls your car through each stage of being washed. The bugs were still on the front of my car, so I did ask to go through a second time. The employee agreed to allow my car to go through a second time. The bugs were a little less. They have vacuums that are available to use. They have great suction so make sure you don't come close to anything you may not want sucked up. The membership is to expense to pay monthly since I'm not close enough to be here multiple times a week/month. However when I'm close by I will use the car wash again. Enjoy! read more

The way this place is set up is very efficient. You pull up and can choose the outside washes / inside cleaning Atm-style. There is often someone there to help if you need it. You pull up to the wash part and someone directs you what to do with a sign which is helpful. Then if you bought it, you drive to the detail part where you can sit inside or outside. I wish they had an option to shampoo the seats. I rated 4 stars because they don't always do the greatest job on the detailing part. But they are fast. And I appreciate their hiring of mostly autistic people. Prices are decent, and they have free vacuums for the inside of your car. So All-around A-OK. read more

I have passed by this car wash many times but I usually wash my own car and detail it myself. I was taking a road trip and was short on time so I decided to let Rising Tide handle the car cleaning this time. Rising Tide was created by John D' Eri. He was inspired to create a business where people on the autism spectrum could work after watching his son Andrew struggle. He was concerned about what sort of job Andrew would do after he completed school. In 2011, when Andrew was 21 he purchased a failing car wash with the intention of providing employment for his son and other people on the autism spectrum. Today Rising Tide is run by John and his other son Thomas. They have since opened a second location in Parkland. Since this was my first time here I wasn't sure how it all worked but they make everything very simple. There is two lanes that take you to a kiosk where you can order a wash that ranges in price from $6.95 to $19.86. I picked the Manager's Special that included a turbo wax and shine, ultraguard foam bath, ultraguard paint sealant, and ultraguard polish. You get a 5 day guarantee. For $9 you can add a standard detail that includes vacuuming, clean windows, air blow crevices, cup holders, hard surface wipe down, and quality check. If you open your trunk they will vacuum that out for you and they include a free sanitization. If you don't want this service they offer free vacuums so you can do it yourself. With the wash and detail it was $30. Once you pay you drive forward onto rails that pull you though the wash. You just release the brake and put the car in neutral. The wash had quite a few steps and it looked like my card got a good cleaning. The soap smelled really good too. After the wash you drive to the detail area where they have a crew cleaning the cars. At one point I counted four people working on my car at once. While they detail you can wait at tables outside or they have a waiting room with vending machines. When your car is finished they call you by vehicle. When I got home I went over my car and it needed a few touch ups. There was still dirt spots on the paint that I removed with a cloth. I had to redo some of the windows which had streaks and the sunroof wasn't touched. I wasn't going to sit there and nit pick them like I saw some other people doing. Overall it was clean enough and they even found the Mally eyeshadow stick I lost in the car and put it in the cupholder for me. It was cleaner than I had the energy to do and my car was very dirty when I brought it in. $30 is a lot so I'll probably still mainly clean it myself but in a pinch I would consider using them again. Not only did I still have to REclean it but it took them over 30 mins to even touch my car and there were only two other cars in front of me! 1/7 UPDATE: I paid for above the EXPRESS INTERIOR cleaning. With how happy I am with the quick outside only wash... I am that much disappointed with trying out the full service. Per my photos there were a multitude of common vehicle interior areas that were missed. I paid nearly $30 for this wash. Now I'm gonna have to go again to a different car wash tomorrow to get my interior cleaned properly. I'll probably still use RT for outside only washes, but knowing there probably isn't much quality assurance for the interior washes i high doubt I'll give full service another try. read more

She said I should've bought a more expensive car wash. She did not offer to rewash I canceled the membership I had on my other car and I will not be returning. read more

9/28/2019 - Busy day here, better to come during the off peak hours. Nice car wash. Friendly staff and great service. I paid for the Turbo Wax and Shine with Interior. When my car went through the wash, the person before the car went through asked if I wanted to take off the antenna. I said yes. He couldn't get it so he just left it. My tire cover flew off and the lady behind me let me know so one of the guys went back to get it. He offered to clean it. They have a nice waiting area indoors and chairs and tables to wait outdoors. Once the car was done I checked it and noticed the rims weren't great but they were so busy I didn't bother to have them redo. The guy in front of me was not happy with his car detail and had a guy redoing the work. I would go back at a not so busy time and see if the detailing is better.
